Dear sir,

I am writing to feedback which is given by participants after attending all day meeting of the company. Participants like not only structure of the company but also environment which is very calm and relax as well as decoration of the company which is very attractive. Most of the participants are impressed by meeting room which is spacious, comfortable as well as fully equipped with technology.

However, participants are unsatisfied from food as there are in sufficient items for vegetarian who don't eat meat. The main concern was poor quality and limited amount of food. Moreover, the some food are mild spicy which was good and others are hot spicy.

I would therefore suggest to improve the food for future. The catering service should be improved in this service notice that the temperature of every food item as well as check the quantity of the food items.

I appreciated your time to read the feedback as well as give me a chance to suggestion about improve the food for future meeting.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three points: you describe the attractive surroundings and well-equipped meeting room, explain concerns about vegetarian options, food quality and quantity, and recommend improvements to catering. The purpose is clear and the tone is generally appropriate for a formal complaint. However, some points are less fully explained than others. For example, “others are hot spicy” does not make clear whether the food was excessively spicy or simply varied in heat, and the proposed action to “check the quantity” is not specific about how the hotel could ensure enough food. Develop these details—for instance, request a broader vegetarian menu and ask the hotel to collect dietary requirements in advance—to make the response more complete and persuasive.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: you introduce the feedback, describe what guests liked, explain their concerns, and finish with recommendations and a polite closing. Linking expressions such as “However,” “Moreover,” and “I would therefore suggest” help signal the movement between points, and paragraphing supports the purpose. This gives the response a coherent progression. To make the organisation more fluent, connect related details more precisely: the sentence about food being “mild spicy” and “hot spicy” is difficult to follow in its current position, and the recommendations could be separated into clear actions. Some linking is also mechanical; vary the transitions and use clearer references to the participants’ specific concerns.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a relevant range of vocabulary for a formal hotel letter, including “spacious,” “fully equipped,” “vegetarian,” “quality,” and “quantity.” These choices communicate the main points, and the reader can understand the overall message. However, noticeable word-choice, collocation, and word-form errors sometimes make the phrasing unnatural, as in “writing to feedback,” “unsatisfied from food,” and “chance to suggestion.” “Structure of the company” also seems to refer to the hotel or its facilities, so the intended meaning is unclear. Aim to learn common phrases as complete units and check whether each noun, verb, or adjective fits its context. More precise wording would make your complaint sound more natural and professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including the paired structure “not only … but also” and a recommendation introduced by “I would therefore suggest.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors occur in sentence construction, articles, agreement, and verb patterns. For example, “after attending all day meeting” needs an article and a clearer noun phrase, while “the some food are” has an incorrect article and subject–verb agreement. The recommendation sentence, “The catering service should be improved in this service notice that…,” is also difficult to parse because its clauses are not joined correctly. Practise accurate sentence patterns for making suggestions and describing feedback, then proofread for articles, plurals, and agreement.
