Many individuals folks are facing health issue due to less execerise or unable to do any excercise at free time because they have very busy working schedule
There are large number of employees in the organizations, who are working from home or in office. They get chair to sit and complete their work because of this there body become very stiff and in active for long time and after complete their work they feel tired and demotivated to do any work out in home or gym another reason is that they donot have the habbit of doing exercise.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you explain that sedentary work leaves people stiff and tired, and that some lack an exercise habit, then suggest gym or home workouts and building up gradually. Your personal example about starting with five push-ups and later running in the park makes the proposed solution relevant and gives it some support. However, the causes are more clearly explained than the wider solutions. Advice such as “you have to go gym” and “use a time table” is not fully developed, and it is unclear whether these are recommendations for individuals or broader measures. Explain how employers or workplaces could help, and develop each solution with a clear reason or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has an overall structure: an opening, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction understandable. Within paragraphs, however, several ideas are joined into long sequences, especially the personal example, so the reader has to work to identify where one point ends and the next begins. Connectors such as “another reason,” “for instance,” and “To conclude” help, but some links are mechanical or unclear; “And at last” does not clearly introduce the timetable suggestion. Use shorter sentences and organise the solutions into distinct steps, with clear references to who should take each action.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary, including “working schedule,” “demotivated,” “stamina,” and “focus,” which helps communicate the topic and your personal example. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts less clear, such as “execerise,” “in active,” “habbit,” and “energetic” (written as “energatic”). Some phrases are also unnatural, including “get chair to sit” and “the reps of my increase.” Aim to learn accurate collocations for work and health, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise terms would help you explain sedentary work and practical exercise solutions without relying repeatedly on “do” and “work.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, and the reader can generally follow the main ideas. However, some sentences contain several clauses without clear grammatical boundaries, particularly the account beginning “after doing it continously for 2 week.” There are also errors in agreement, articles, and verb forms: “there body become” should be “their bodies become,” while “I also doing runnning” needs a correctly formed verb phrase. The conclusion, “this we should do take some,” is difficult to interpret because its sentence structure is incomplete. Practise building accurate sentences with one main idea, then add subordinate clauses and check tense, agreement, and punctuation.
