In these days, either people do less or no workout in their daily routine, which are the main reasons of health issues. This essay will discuss the reasons behind this and suggest some effective solutions to overcome it.

It is believed that, hectic schedule is the main factor. People who are doing nine to five jobs, they have to managed their sleeping and food cycle for starting of another day. To elaborate, I am full time student and full time worker. I wakeup early morning at 6am and start my work around 8:30am, after a busy day I came back home at night time. I have to prepared my dinner as well as lunch for next day. As a result, in this tight schedule I am not only able to manage my everyday routine but also it is hard for me to give an extra time to exercise.

However, for this making a fixed timetable and pre- preparation assists to manage both personal and professional lifestyle. To illustrate, I can make some food on weekends for the starting of week days such as high- protein wraps, chicken salads which can be stored for at least 3 to 4 days. Instead of making food, restoring is more effective way to get enough time for my workout.

In conclusion, busy lifestyle and unstable schedule are the reason for serious health problems. While, some simple techniques for example, meal preparation on day off for working days are an efficient way to give an enough time for health.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The essay addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for lack of exercise and potential solutions. The position is clear, and the ideas are relevant. However, the development is somewhat limited. The personal example provided is a good start, but it could be expanded to discuss broader societal trends rather than just your individual situation. The solutions section is also a bit brief; while meal preparation is a practical suggestion, exploring other solutions like workplace wellness programs or urban planning would have provided a more comprehensive response. Overall, the task is addressed, but the depth of analysis is at a Band 6 level.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic progression of ideas from the problem to the solution. You use some cohesive devices such as 'To elaborate', 'However', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are slightly mechanical, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. For instance, the transition between the personal anecdote and the solution could be more sophisticated. Paragraphing is used appropriately, and the overall structure is coherent enough to follow your argument without difficulty.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'hectic schedule', 'professional lifestyle', and 'meal preparation'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are instances of slightly unnatural word choices, such as 'restoring' instead of 'meal prepping' or 'batch cooking'. There are also minor errors in word formation, such as 'managed' instead of 'manage' and 'prepared' instead of 'prepare'. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more precise collocations and a wider variety of academic vocabulary.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the accuracy of your writing. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('people... they have to managed'), tense inconsistencies ('I wakeup'), and article usage ('the starting of week days'). These errors are noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding your points. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic verb forms and ensuring that your complex sentences are constructed with correct grammatical markers.
