It could be long hours, sedentary lifestyle or else. In this essay I will discuss the several reasons and possible solutions.
On the one hand, several reasons are behind this issues. Such as, long working days. People work in company for longer time which make no room for exercise. Furthermore, constantly dealing with electronic gadgets make the person exhausted. Sedentary lifestyle also play a vital role in this trend. Due to this, many health problems arise. For instance, heart disease, hypertension, back pain even brain fog.
On the other hand, it could be solve by several remedies, for instance, flexible working hours, fixed duty, adjustable seating area, and indoor gym. All this make a person more relaxed and get an opportunities to escape from stress for shorter period. Create relaxation facility like massage, reading zone or even walking area. This is initiated by well known company google. It has separate lounge and indoor gym where employee get time to do some physical activity and rejuvenate.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as long working hours and the sedentary nature of modern jobs. However, the development is somewhat limited. For instance, while you mention 'flexible working hours' and 'indoor gyms' as solutions, these points could be expanded with more detail on how they specifically facilitate exercise. The conclusion is a bit repetitive, and the overall position is clear but could be more consistently maintained throughout the body paragraphs to ensure a more cohesive argument.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'On the one hand,' 'Furthermore,' and 'To recapitulate.' However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as starting sentences with 'Such as,' which is grammatically incomplete. Additionally, the flow between sentences within paragraphs could be smoother; some transitions feel abrupt. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring they are used to connect complete thoughts rather than fragments would improve the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'sedentary lifestyle,' 'rejuvenate,' and 'regulatory bodies.' However, there are several instances of word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'It has great influenced in our life' (should be 'influence on') and 'make no room for exercise' (while understandable, 'leave little time for' is more natural). Some phrasing is repetitive, and the vocabulary lacks the precision required for higher bands. Focusing on accurate word forms and common collocations will help elevate your lexical score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include 'it could be solve' (should be 'solved'), 'long working days... which make no room' (subject-verb agreement error: 'makes'), and 'It should be monitor' (should be 'monitored'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are issues with sentence fragments and missing articles. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, passive voice construction, and ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and a correctly conjugated verb.
