Student answer (Band 6.0)
While it is undeniable that regular workout is essential every working person, which results into healthy life style. I firmly agree that it is really hard for professional to perform daily exercises, but better health and active mind, da ily workout, jogging or walk is significantly important. Therefore, individuals should perform some physical activities to stay fit.
Hectic schedule remains a pivotal factor in reducing poverty. This schedule deter people to perform any workout, because they do not have enough time to perform any sort of exercise or even join the gym. Beyond hectic schedule, sedentary lifestyle is also equally responsible of lack of physical exercises. For example, office going people prefer to order food from restaurant as they do not want to cook meal after they done with their job, which ultimately result into various health issues. Apart from sedentary life style, working people prefer to spend their weekends to enjoy rather then doing any workout. These examples illustrate why majority of working people fail to do any daily exercises during week or in their spare time.
The best way forward to solve this issue at macro level is the awareness regarding daily exercise and its long term benefits for individuals health. If government or health regulatory aware working people the utmost importance of daily exercise, specially for working people, then a significant number of people would like to perform daily physical workout. Another significant step to mitigate this issue is to make a daily routine for some exercise or morning walk. Working people should spend even 1o minutes in the morning every day, will see a significant improvement in their daily performance at work.
In conclusion, Although working life is unmanageable to perform exercise and other essential daily tasks, the mental and physical health is also crucial. However, from my standpoint, I believe that strike a balance between professional life and physical health is important, which can be achieved by making a daily routine and positive attitude toward the wellbeing.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the claim that a hectic schedule reduces 'poverty' is a clear error in meaning that confuses the reader. While the solutions provided (government awareness and personal routines) are relevant, they lack depth and specific examples. The position is generally clear, but the argument could be strengthened by providing more concrete evidence or logical links between the causes and the proposed solutions. The essay covers the requirements but remains somewhat generic in its approach.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Therefore', 'Beyond', and 'In conclusion', though some transitions feel a bit mechanical or forced. The progression of ideas is generally easy to follow, but the internal structure of sentences sometimes suffers from awkward phrasing, which occasionally disrupts the flow. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion. To improve, the student should focus on using a wider variety of cohesive devices and ensuring that the logical links between sentences are more natural and precise.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks sophistication. There are instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'reducing poverty' instead of 'reducing productivity' or 'time', and 'aware' used as a verb in 'If government... aware working people'. These errors occasionally impede the clarity of the message. While the student attempts to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'sedentary lifestyle' and 'macro level', the overall range is limited. To reach a higher band, the student needs to focus on accurate collocations and avoid using words in contexts where they do not fit, such as the confusion between 'deter' and 'prevent'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The response contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Examples include 'results into healthy life style' (should be 'results in a healthy lifestyle'), 'deter people to perform' (should be 'deter people from performing'), and 'they done with their job' (should be 'they are done with their job'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors requires the reader to work harder to interpret the intended meaning. More attention to subject-verb agreement and correct prepositional usage is necessary.
