Student answer (Band 6.0)
In today's fast-paced world, it is very hard to spend a time for exercise due to hectic work schedules. Most of the working people do not get enough exercise at all. It can lead to create health issues. There are number of reasons behind it and solutions as well. I will explain this in upcoming paragraphs.
There are lot of causes behind working people are not getting enough exercise such as hectic work schedules, labor jobs, work from home and online work. To explain it, there are highly demanded jobs who needs flexibility to work at any time. For example, two days morning shift, two day night shifts in a one week, it can lead to significant impact on individual daily routine and does not get any time to except maintaining work-life balance. Moreover, some labor employment needs high physical strengths so people get tired of their works. They will like to have rest on their holidays to reset their body for another working week. Furthermore, work from home mostly contains use of laptop and computer. It can make the person feel bore and tried of looking at screen. After that they would not like to do anything except rest.
However, there are some ways to solve this issues like request for flexible schedules, achieve good education if possible and take small breaks. To explore it, we can communicate with the manager to make a schedule that will be suitable and flexible for everyone to reduce strain. Additionally, encourage the children to achieve higher degree to reduce the chances of doing labor jobs. For instances, if the people have a good degree there are less chances they need to do some basic or hard working jobs. In addition, individuals should stay strict with their exercise timing despite multiple obstacles.
In conclusion, there are lot of reason behind working people are not able to do exercise as mentioned above like stressful work schedules, hard work and needs of lot of concentration. On the other hand, individuals can use the strategies such as get higher education, request for adjustment and follow the routine to decrease stress and spend some time for exercise.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as mentioning hectic schedules and the sedentary nature of office work. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the suggestion that 'achieving a higher degree' will solve the problem of physical inactivity is a weak argument, as many high-level professional jobs are also sedentary. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments lack depth and logical rigour. To improve, you should focus on more practical, direct solutions and provide more nuanced explanations for the causes identified.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. There is a basic attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Furthermore', and 'In conclusion'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'To explore it' or 'To explain it', which do not function well as transition phrases in this context. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences could be smoother. The paragraphing is appropriate, but the overall progression of ideas would benefit from more sophisticated linking words and better sentence-to-sentence cohesion.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher band. You rely on basic terms like 'hard', 'good', and 'jobs'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'lead to create health issues' (should be 'lead to health issues') and 'feel bore and tried' (should be 'bored and tired'). While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of variety and the presence of these errors limit the score. To improve, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to health, lifestyle, and professional environments.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occur throughout the text, such as 'spend a time for exercise' (should be 'spend time exercising'), 'there are lot of causes' (should be 'there are a lot of causes'), and 'highly demanded jobs who needs' (should be 'highly demanding jobs that need'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage are inconsistent. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be noticeable and affect the overall fluency of the writing. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors would be beneficial.
