Student answer (Band 6.5)
A growing number of people nowadays have little time for exercise due to spending long time on their work which result into health issues. I agree with the given statement, workaholic nature of employees foster them to contribute more time for their professional work and have less time for physical activities. Therefore, individuals have to join yoga classes, spend time with their family and employers need to install gym equipments in the office in order to encourage their workers to develop healthy habits.
I think a number of working employees have lot of professional work duties, which forces them to stay in the office overtime for completing their project works within deadline. As a result, their sleep and diet will be significantly hampered by the workload and pay less attention to leisure activities and family time. Sometimes family responsibilities also discourage individuals to have little time for exercises, because their days are packed with domestic chores, family events or other duties. Consequently, they feel tired and less-energetic at the end of day and display less favour for physical activities, which causes heart attack, obesity, diabetes and other health related diseases.
For overcome the health problems, a number of measures play a pivotal role. To begin with, promoting people to take part in yoga or meditation classes access them to meet new people, develop social skills, helpful for them to improve their flexibility and better for their mental and physical health. Moreover, taking small breaks after long working hours makes the workers energetic and refreshing, which improve their focus for the following tasks. Apart from that, balancing work and life is really important for them to build strong bonding with the family along with successful professional career. Whereas, healthy and nutritious diet plan provide them energy throughout the day and enhance their overall well-being.
In conclusion, busy work schedule, family duties and unrealistic goals forces the person to contribute less time for physical exercise, therefore, proper diet plan, family time, joining yoga and meditation sessions and work-life balance facilitate them to improve their health, muscle strengths and dwindling the chances of health problems.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as the impact of overtime work and family responsibilities, and the solutions provided, like yoga and work-life balance, are logical. However, the development is somewhat repetitive. For instance, the discussion on family responsibilities and health issues is touched upon in both the introduction and the first body paragraph. To reach a higher band, you should ensure each paragraph introduces distinct, fully extended ideas rather than restating similar points. Overall, the position is clear and the response is well-structured to meet the task requirements.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. You use cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Moreover', and 'Consequently' to link ideas. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical or forced. For example, the phrase 'For overcome the health problems' is grammatically awkward and disrupts the flow. Additionally, the referencing in the second paragraph is occasionally unclear; the connection between 'taking small breaks' and 'balancing work and life' could be smoother. Improving the variety and naturalness of your linking words will help elevate your score in this criterion.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'pivotal role', 'nutritious', and 'well-being'. However, there are instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors. For example, 'workaholic nature of employees foster them' is incorrect; 'foster' is not used in this context. Similarly, 'display less favour for physical activities' is unnatural. There are also minor errors such as 'gym equipments' (equipment is an uncountable noun). While your vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning clearly, you need to focus on more accurate collocations and the correct usage of uncountable nouns to achieve a higher band.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is a positive step. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally hinder the precision of your writing. Examples include 'spending long time on their work which result into' (should be 'results in'), 'For overcome the health problems' (should be 'To overcome'), and 'forces the person to contribute' (should be 'forces people to contribute'). Subject-verb agreement and preposition usage are areas that require more attention. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your message, they occur frequently enough to limit the score to a 6.0.
