In this contemporary epoch, schedule of working people always busy and they left with less or no time for workout, that leads them to health issues. There are numerous reasons behind this statement which I will discuss subsequent paragraphs and will also share some possible solutions to mitigate this problem.
Experts claim that people waste much time in travel and laziness also big reason. Some people live far from their work places and they have to commute daily home to office which takes big amount of their day time which they could use for exercise. Travelling also drain their energy and after work hours they do not want to do any other activity. Sedentary lifestyle made people lazy nowadays. Working people like video games or watch movies instead of doing gym or sports.
Providing sports facilities at work place and educate people about fitness can be possible solutions for this issue. Employers can create workout spaces within the offices and can provide extra time to employees for physical activities. Secondly, government should work on to educate people about fitness and healthy lifestyle. Every city can arrange seminars and other sport activities on weekend to create interest in people regarding games. For example, Google already provided gym and other sports activities to its employees to reduce their stress level.
In conclusion, busy work routine really damaging people's health and working professionals not aware about it as they do not get time to look after their health due shortage of time. But employers can help their workers by providing them gym at offices and government can also contribute by educating people about sport and fitness.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, such as commuting time and sedentary habits, and the solutions, like workplace facilities and government initiatives, are logical. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For example, the point about 'laziness' is mentioned but not fully explored, and the explanation of how government seminars would specifically change behavior is brief. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed explanations or specific consequences. The position is clear throughout, and the inclusion of the Google example provides a helpful, concrete illustration of your argument.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. There is a clear progression of ideas from the problems to the solutions. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Secondly' and 'In conclusion', to link your thoughts. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly repetitive. Additionally, some transitions between sentences within paragraphs could be smoother to improve the flow. For instance, the transition between the mention of commuting and the impact of sedentary lifestyles is a bit abrupt. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate and the central topic of each paragraph is clear.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your ideas clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'sedentary lifestyle', 'commute', and 'mitigate'. However, there are instances of imprecise word choice and minor collocation errors, such as 'schedule of working people always busy' (should be 'the schedules of working people are always busy') and 'do not want to do any other activity' (could be 'lack the motivation for further activity'). The range is sufficient for the task, but it lacks the sophistication and flexibility required for higher bands. Expanding your repertoire of collocations and idiomatic expressions would enhance your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('the'/'a'), subject-verb agreement ('schedule... always busy'), and missing auxiliary verbs ('working professionals not aware'). For example, 'working people like video games or watch movies' would be better as 'working people prefer playing video games or watching movies'. These errors are noticeable but do not generally impede communication. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic grammatical consistency, such as ensuring every sentence has a clear subject and a correctly conjugated verb.
