Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays due to more work people cannot get time to do exercise in their personal time or while they are on work, which cause more health issue in future.
To begin with, there are several things that they don't get time. Firstly, due to there hectic schedule in day to day life by which they cannot spend proper time for exercise. Secondly, after working whole day they just want to spend time with there family member and spend some personal time with them itself. Lastly, for example, if a person working 10 hours a shift in a day and for travel 2 hours so after that he or she don't feel energetic to do the exercise.
However, this problem can be solve. First, in working place in a week they should organize some small events which can motivate them to do the exercise and also there should be small part of exercise area in working place so that they can do it in a free time. In addition, the government should organize an awarness to do exercise beacuse in future they can get a health issue as a result by which everyone can get idea what would be the side effect not doing the exercise. For example, in my area in every month there is a events organize by one group they are promoting youngster to take part in activity to gain physical health.
In conclusion, i think that the best to overcome the health related issue to provide them a good environment and a proper exercise are in the working place which can motivate them to do exercise in day to day life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention hectic schedules and family commitments, the explanation remains quite general. Similarly, the solutions—workplace events and government awareness—are relevant but lack depth or specific examples of how these would be implemented effectively. The introduction is brief and slightly repetitive of the prompt. To improve, aim to expand on your points with more detailed reasoning or concrete scenarios to ensure the response feels fully developed rather than just listing ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use basic cohesive devices like 'To begin with', 'Firstly', 'However', and 'In conclusion' to signal transitions. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the use of referencing is occasionally unclear (e.g., 'there hectic schedule' instead of 'their'). The progression of ideas is logical, but the internal cohesion within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their antecedents.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on common, repetitive phrasing such as 'do exercise' and 'spend time'. There are also several spelling and word-choice errors, such as 'there' instead of 'their', 'awarness' (awareness), and 'beacuse'. While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your message, they limit the sophistication of your writing. To achieve a higher score, try to incorporate more varied synonyms and collocations related to health and workplace dynamics.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there is a high frequency of grammatical errors. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'which cause more health issue'), incorrect word forms (e.g., 'side effect not doing the exercise'), and missing articles. Punctuation is generally functional, but the sentence construction is often clunky. While the meaning is usually clear, the persistent errors in basic grammar and sentence structure indicate that you need to focus on proofreading and mastering fundamental grammatical rules to improve your accuracy.
