In this fast pace life, more and more people are not focused on workout for their helth and body and this may cause many serious health problems in later days in life. There are may reasons to occure this kind of situation in recent days, eventhough some of the worth mentioning steps could be a gerat solution to resolve this kind of situations which will be elaborated in the upcoming conversation.
Firstly, the lazyness is the main cause of this problem. Todays' people are getting very addicted from their cell phones and computers for spending time on social media and playing games. This makes them inactive and dull to think for their health. For example, the recent research and report tells that there are higher obbesity health problem found in those who are in age between 21 to 30 and this only caused by setting at the same place for a long time and less productive for exercise. Furthermore, the working people don't get enough time to spend on expercise due to their hactic work schedule.
To solve this problem, hosting social events and spreading usefull information to aware and encourage people about Why it is important to do exercise and focuse on health. This could be a great solution to get awaked the working professionals for their health. Moreover, they should set their working timetable which can not make them stressed and tired and have some spare time for exercise.
In conclusion, I think this could be a major problem for working professionals by only spending their spare time on social media and taking too much pressure of their work. While spending some time on exercise and workout as well as having fixed schedule would be a best remedy for this problem.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the point about 'laziness' and 'cell phones' is a common observation but lacks depth. The solutions provided, such as 'hosting social events,' are mentioned but not fully explained in terms of how they would practically change the behavior of busy professionals. The position is clear, but the supporting arguments could be more thoroughly explored to reach a higher band. The response covers all requirements but remains at a general level of discussion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the argument. There is a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'in the upcoming conversation' (which is inappropriate for a written essay) and 'to get awaked'. While the progression of ideas is generally logical, the transitions between sentences could be smoother. The referencing is mostly clear, but the overall flow is occasionally interrupted by phrasing that does not sound natural in an academic or formal context.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but shows limited range. There are several spelling errors, such as 'helth', 'occure', 'gerat', 'lazyness', 'obbesity', and 'expercise'. These errors are frequent and occasionally distract the reader, though they do not prevent understanding. The student relies on basic vocabulary and struggles with accurate word choice in some instances, such as 'get awaked' or 'hactic'. To improve, the student needs to focus on spelling accuracy and expanding their range of topic-specific collocations related to health and lifestyle.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Examples include 'more and more people are not focused on workout', 'there are may reasons to occure', and 'this only caused by setting at the same place'. Punctuation is generally functional, but there are issues with subject-verb agreement and preposition usage. While the meaning is usually clear, the frequency of errors in basic grammar structures limits the score. The student should focus on sentence construction and proofreading to eliminate these recurring slips.
