Student answer (Band 6.0)
There are several reasons behind this growing trend. Many individuals who are very busy in their working lives get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time and have health issues as a result of this negligence.
Firstly, most of individuals are working Monday to Friday as per a regular week schedule. Workers does not have enough time to get exercise after their busy working hours because they want to rest and take a nap whenever they come home as they feel very tired. One another reason for this problem that people get little or not exercise in their free time is their responsibilities towards family. They want to spend their weekends with family and kids. Although, some people tried to go to a gym on their weekends, but they are unable to go because of family responsibilities.
Furthermore, the only solution for this problem is that humans need a make schedule for whole week, also they need to sacrifice their comforts and sleep. Although, people cannot be able to join gym and complete a regular exercise routine, they can go outside with their families, can do a morning or evening walk and spend their evenings with some friends in the fresh environment of parks.
To sum up, people should put some efforts for their own health. In today's fast running world, it is difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle with regular working days, but at least people can improve their lifestyle with some simple and less time-consuming steps.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the lack of exercise and potential solutions. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. The reasons provided (long working hours and family responsibilities) are relevant but could be explored with more depth or specific examples. The solutions suggested are practical but remain quite general. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed explanations or concrete scenarios. For instance, explaining how specific workplace policies or urban planning could facilitate exercise would strengthen the response significantly.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Firstly', 'Furthermore', and 'To sum up', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions feel slightly mechanical or repetitive. Additionally, the use of 'Although' at the beginning of sentences is sometimes grammatically awkward, as seen in 'Although, some people tried to go to a gym...'. Improving the variety and natural flow of these linking words would enhance the overall coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your ideas clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'healthy lifestyle' and 'regular exercise routine'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there is a reliance on basic phrasing. To improve, try to incorporate more precise collocations and less common vocabulary. For example, instead of 'fast running world', you could use 'fast-paced society'. There are also minor issues with word choice, such as 'make schedule' instead of 'create a schedule', which slightly affects the sophistication of your expression.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are several grammatical errors that occur throughout the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('Workers does not have'), incorrect usage of articles ('One another reason'), and awkward phrasing ('people cannot be able to'). These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding your message. To improve, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and refining your use of modal verbs and complex sentence connectors.
