Nice and practical question, i m witnessed of this. Infact it is not only about individual approach, it is also connected with the work load any person has on their job, for people who has time and not sparing i will called this laziness simply, however, i have seen people who has high workload and could not spare time.

as recommendations are that health is first and any individual on this earth has to ensure his first commitment to his health even 30 minutes a day but to ensure to bring exercise as important part of life. it would help them to have longer life, away from diseases, right focused mind, do more for himself, family and community as well. I also see individuals commitment towards exercise as inspiring approach for others, to be part of this practice.

i believe different practices to be taken on this part, it can be by own putting up reminders, forcing yourself to ensure a person has speared time for his and family well being, but in parallel their must be policy guidelines or work related matters where work load and time spent must be measured and monitor in digital manner ensuring better and healthy life and transperant mechansim in the society.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying workload as a cause and suggesting personal and policy-based solutions. However, the ideas are significantly underdeveloped, lacking specific examples or detailed explanations. Furthermore, the response is only 208 words, failing to meet the 250-word minimum requirement. This under-length significantly impacts the depth of the response, as the arguments remain superficial. To improve, you must expand on your points with concrete examples and ensure you meet the minimum word count to allow for full development of your ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is weak and often mechanical. Phrases like 'as recommendations are that' and 'i believe different practices to be taken' are awkward and do not effectively link ideas. The progression of ideas is somewhat disjointed, and the lack of clear transition words makes the flow feel unnatural. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and phrases to connect your sentences and paragraphs more fluidly.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are several instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'i m witnessed of this' instead of 'I have witnessed this' and 'speared time' instead of 'spared time'. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas clearly. Many phrases are repetitive or lack the necessary sophistication for an IELTS task. You should focus on learning collocations and using more precise vocabulary to convey your meaning accurately.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The grammar is frequently inaccurate, which often impedes communication. There are consistent errors in subject-verb agreement ('people who has'), tense usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are run-on or fragmented, such as 'i have seen people who has high workload and could not spare time.' Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing capital letters and incorrect comma usage. To improve, you need to focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like subject-verb agreement and verb tenses.
