Many working people get little or no exercise either during the working day or in their free time, and have health problems as a result.

Why do many working people not get enough exercise?

Nowadays, many individuals have health issues because they do not have time for exercise due to their busy schedules.i will explain why they do not exercise and what kind of problems they will face in future in the upcoming paragraph.

One of the most noteworthy points to be noted in the lack of exercise regard is time. Time is the main factor of not doing exercising due to their busy life. Many people start working from early morning to evening.so, they do not have time to go to the gym because they have to do some work like a presentation or they have to make a meal for the night
