Student answer (Band 5.5)
Well, I just read the topic and suddenly i relates this to my self as well, because i am also a working emplyee in a firm where i am doing the job from 8am to 6:30pm. i can explain more better about this.
1st of all for a working person it is very difficult to manage the exercise or any other health actuvities because they have very short time but due to this may be many health issues become to face. as they have to go to the work early in the morning and after all the hectic day they back to go in the evening and due to this hard routine they become fadup and do not give a proper time for their health which is very bad because may be after 40 the will feel the importance of a good exercise.
i just auggeated to that peoples to change their routine by following some points:
1. They can change the wake up routine. where they wake up in the morning at 6 o clock they can wake-up 5 o clock in the morning and go to near by park and do some walk and exercise.
2. They can do a little exercise in the office in a lunch break after having lunch they can do excercise in a common area.
3. tgey can arrange some equipments in the home, after the work go back to home and after having dinner they can do excercise for half an hour. by following these some steps they can change the habbit and can be do a eegular excercise for a good health

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: you explain that long working hours and tiring routines leave people with little time or energy, and you suggest changes to morning routines, lunch breaks, and home exercise. The personal example of working from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. helps make the cause relevant. However, the response is only partially developed: the causes are mostly grouped together, and the proposed actions are listed rather than explained in terms of how practical or effective they would be. The point about health problems becoming more important after 40 is also unclear. Develop each main idea with a reason or example, and make the connection between inactivity and health consequences more explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a basic overall structure: an opening, an explanation of the problem, and a numbered set of suggestions. The numbered list makes the proposed actions easy to identify, and phrases such as “due to this” attempt to show cause and effect. However, progression is limited because the response moves quickly from the cause to advice without a clear concluding paragraph. Several links are repetitive or awkward, and the long sentence beginning “as they have to go to the work early” contains several ideas without clear boundaries. Use separate paragraphs for causes and solutions, connect ideas with a wider range of accurate transitions, and finish by summarising the most useful measures.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “hectic day,” “health issues,” “routine,” and “exercise,” so the main message can generally be understood. However, the range is limited and several word choices, collocations, and spelling errors make the writing less clear or natural. Examples include “health actuvities,” “fadup,” “auggeated,” and “habbit”; “manage the exercise” and “do a regular exercise” are also unnatural expressions. Aim to use accurate topic phrases such as “physical activity,” “make time for exercise,” and “sedentary lifestyle.” Proofreading spelling and choosing natural verb–noun combinations would make your ideas easier to follow.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a cause-and-effect explanation and instructions in the numbered suggestions. However, the range is limited, and attempts to combine several clauses often lead to frequent errors that can make the reader pause. For example, “i relates this to my self” has incorrect subject–verb agreement and pronoun form, while “after all the hectic day they back to go in the evening” lacks a clear, correctly formed verb phrase. There are also problems with articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then join them with clear subordinate clauses. Check verb forms, agreement, and punctuation when editing.
