Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is widely seen that employed persons have no time to do exercise, which leads to a wide range of health issues. However, there are several reasons for less intervention of workers in physical activities and numerous measures can be taken to resolve this problem which will be discussed in this essay.
One of the major reasons for working people to not get enough exercise is that they have shortage of time. It is often seen that their job hours are extremely long, which drains the whole energy of workers and they do not feel active enough to do any physical activity. Another reason is that some working people live alone and after coming back from work they have to do household chores such as cooking and cleaning. As a result, they get tired and seek rest over any kind of physical activity. For example, research has shown that a number of working folks are having health issues related to posture like cervical because of poor living styles.
However, there are various methods which can be used to mitigate this problem. Firstly, employers can take steps to overcome health issues of the office workers by introducing gyms in the companies. The exposure with such environment would be benefical for candidates as they can get encouraged to live a healthy life by doing excercise. For instance, by having short breaks for maintaing health, employees will feel rejuvenated and more focused, which contributes to overall productivity of an organisation. Secondly, government should implement some laws for the companies so that worker can work for a specific amount of time for physical activities.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that due to workloads individuals find it difficult to do exercise but by implementing some gyms in a workplace this issue can br resolved byb employers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and maintain a clear focus on workplace exercise. The causes are relevant: long working hours, fatigue, and household responsibilities for people living alone. You also offer practical responses, especially workplace gyms and breaks, and explain how these could support health and productivity. However, some points are less fully developed than others. The example about posture-related problems is not clearly connected to the causes you have just described, and the proposed government laws are vague: specify what employers would be required to provide, such as protected activity breaks or access to facilities. The conclusion mainly repeats the gym solution and could summarise both causes and measures more fully. Developing these links would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing is easy to follow, and signposts such as “One of the major reasons,” “Another reason,” and “Firstly” help readers identify the stages of the argument. This coherent structure meets the expected level, while some linking remains mechanical or imprecise. For example, “However” introduces the solutions paragraph even though it does not express a clear contrast, and “For example” introduces a claim about posture that does not directly illustrate the preceding point about time and fatigue. The final sentence also narrows the conclusion to workplace gyms. Use more precise links between claims and examples, and refer back clearly to both parts of the discussion.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of topic vocabulary, including “household chores,” “physical activity,” “mitigate,” “rejuvenated,” and “productivity.” These choices help communicate the main ideas, and the meaning is generally clear. However, several expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “less intervention of workers in physical activities,” “exposure with such environment,” and “poor living styles” do not express the intended ideas naturally. There are also spelling errors, including “benefical,” “excercise,” “maintaining,” and “byb.” Aim for accurate collocations and check spelling carefully. For instance, use “participation in physical activity,” “access to such facilities,” and “unhealthy lifestyles” to express these ideas more idiomatically.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses with “which,” “as,” and “so that.” Most sentences communicate their meaning, and the cause-and-effect relationships are generally understandable. Some grammatical errors remain. In “they have shortage of time,” the article is missing; “some working people live alone and after coming back from work they have to do household chores” would benefit from clearer clause punctuation; and “government should implement some laws … so that worker can work” has article and singular/plural agreement problems. The final sentence, “this issue can br resolved byb employers,” also contains errors that obscure the intended wording. Review articles, agreement, and sentence punctuation, then proofread carefully while retaining your complex sentence structures.
