Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both parts of the question: you identify tiredness and long periods of sitting as reasons, then suggest prioritising health, managing time and joining exercise activities. These ideas are relevant, and the examples of late shifts and desk-based work help explain the causes. However, some points are asserted rather than developed. For instance, the reference to “foreign countries” and young people working night shifts is broad and not clearly connected to working people generally. The proposed solutions also need more explanation: clarify how employers, for example, could make exercise easier during the working day, rather than relying mainly on individuals to find time or join online programmes. This would make the response more fully supported and balanced.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions and a conclusion. This gives the reader a clear overall route through the answer. Some links between ideas are effective, such as “As a result” connecting long shifts with fatigue. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes uneven, and several transitions feel mechanical or unclear. “On the other side” does not accurately introduce the contrasting cause of sedentary work, while “If anyone get a chance… Participate in these activities” breaks the flow between sentences. Group related solutions together and use clearer links to show whether an idea is an example, result or contrast. This would make the organisation smoother and the relationships between points easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “sedentary lifestyle,” “late night shifts,” “physical activities” and names of exercise types. This gives you enough range to discuss causes and possible responses. However, some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, which makes parts of the message less natural: “they get fatigue,” “adapt themselves in this environment,” and “provide exercises as well as diet also.” There are also spelling and form errors, such as “enviornment” and “nutritionist” where the plural is intended. Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling and word forms. More precise expressions for workplace activity and health consequences would help you communicate your ideas more clearly and flexibly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including cause-and-effect clauses such as “After that, they get fatigue. As a result…” and a conditional structure beginning “If people do not immerse themselves…”. However, errors in agreement, sentence formation and punctuation are frequent enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “Everyone has a busy schedules” has an agreement error, and “Therefore, have many health issues” is an incomplete sentence. The conditional sentence about physical activities is also unfinished and does not connect grammatically to the consequence that follows. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and punctuation. This will make your varied structures more controlled and easier to understand.
