Student answer (Band 6.0)
During the working days or in the free time, mostly workers do not have time to exercise and therefore, suffer with health issues. The reason behind it is shortage of time and this problem can be solved by balancing their work and household rsponsibilities effectively.
To begin with, taking out enough time for workout has become difficult for employees due to lack of time. People are busy in completing their workplace and household tasks which consume enormous hours, this is why they feel exhausted and donot have courage to do exercise. Even though, they are aware about the benefits of physical activites, but spending number of hours on their responsibilities do not allow them to take care of themselves. For instance, the rate of diseases are increasingly dramatically all over the world because in this busy world, people of all age groups are not having time to adopt the healthy lifestyle. As a result, they are facing the problems associated with health.
Furthermore, balance is key to tackle this problem so maintaining balance between office duties and domestic tasks play a crucial role for well-being. Setting schedules for daily life can help individuals in managing time for activities and exercise, which will prove to be beneficial for their health and task completion. For example, in this hectic and chaotic era, with time management many health-consious people are able to focus on their work and health equally.
In conclusion, it is really understandable that due to fast-paced lifestyle, it has become hard for people to pay attention on their health, but with time management it becomes easy to do all tasks on time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: lack of time and competing work and household duties are given as reasons, while scheduling and balancing responsibilities are proposed as solutions. Your position is clear, and the examples about exhaustion and people managing work and health are relevant. However, the response develops these points only generally. The explanation that responsibilities “do not allow them to take care of themselves” largely repeats the time-pressure idea, and the proposed solution of setting schedules is not explained in enough practical detail. The claim about rising disease rates is also broad and not clearly linked to a specific example. Develop each answer with more precise reasoning—for instance, explain how employers or workers could create time for activity.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the main stages, and the central topic remains consistent. This meets the expected level of coherent organisation. To make progression more flexible and precise, avoid relying mainly on formulaic transitions and show the relationship between ideas more explicitly. For example, the sentence about disease rates follows the discussion of exhaustion, but the link between the two could be made clearer. The solution paragraph would also benefit from a more developed sequence: identify who should act, describe a practical measure, and explain its likely effect.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary, including “household tasks,” “exhausted,” “well-being,” and “time management,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more descriptive language, such as “fast-paced lifestyle” and “hectic and chaotic era.” However, several noticeable word-choice, collocation, and spelling problems limit precision: “suffer with health issues,” “take out enough time,” “donot,” “health-consious,” and “pay attention on their health.” Some expressions are also vague or repetitive, particularly repeated references to time and tasks. Aim for more natural combinations and check spelling carefully; precise wording will make your explanations clearer without requiring more elaborate vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including clauses with “because,” “which,” and “even though,” and the overall meaning can usually be followed. However, complex sentences are not consistently controlled. For example, “People are busy in completing their workplace and household tasks which consume enormous hours, this is why…” joins ideas with a comma where a full stop or conjunction is needed. There are also agreement and article errors, as in “the rate of diseases are” and “spending number of hours … do not allow.” The construction “Even though … but” is also faulty because the two linking forms are used together. Review sentence boundaries, subject–verb agreement, and clause structure, then proofread for these recurring patterns.
