Student answer (Band 6.0)
Nowadays, health issues are become a serious problem in the society. A numerous individual argue that many people suffer from health problem because of little or no exercise either during at the week days or at the weekends which leads them to body pain. This is mainly because of excessive work and responsibility of family which stops them to exercise in daily routine. The essay will discuss the reason and solutuion of this issue because it is essential for a healthy lifestyle to exercise daily which helps them to refresh their mind and maintain their body.
To begin with, the main reason why working people not get enough time for exercise is responsibilty of family and work. In addition to this, a company offers wide range of workload to their employees which reduce their capacity of workout because a person get tired at their work and for their famalies, people work beyond their capacity and strength for fulfilling their dreams. A clear example of this can be seen in employers who works from dawn to dusk to fulfil their family dreams which leads them to serious health issues such as eye-strain, back-pain. As a result, people can not get enough time for their own which creates health problems.
However, it is necessary for individuals to add exercise in their daily routine. The possible solution for this problem is that the government should launch programs about the importance of work-out. Moreover, a company should encourage their workers for exercise because it helps the employers to complete their work with productivity and with fresh mind. For instance, people can work with more focus if they exercise daily because they feel refresh after workout. Therefore, it will be benificial for the company's owner due to happy employers.
To conclude, I firmly believe that exercise can leads to more strength and a healthy lifestyle. Although, people can work with more productivity when they add exercise in their routine which also helps them to reduce health issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both questions: it identifies work and family responsibilities as reasons for limited exercise, then proposes government awareness programmes and workplace encouragement. The position that exercise supports health and productivity is clear. These ideas are relevant, but some are not fully developed. For example, the discussion of workload explains tiredness, yet could clarify how long hours or commuting leave little time for activity. The proposed government programmes are mentioned without explaining what they would involve or how they would change behaviour. The examples about eye strain and back pain are relevant but could be linked more directly to lack of exercise. Develop each main point with a clearer explanation and a specific, realistic example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions, and a conclusion. The progression from causes to remedies is easy to follow, and signposts such as “To begin with,” “However,” and “To conclude” help guide the reader. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and also shows some effective paragraphing. However, cohesion is occasionally mechanical because several sentences rely on formulaic transitions, and some links between ideas are unclear. For instance, “Moreover, a company should encourage their workers” follows the government proposal, but the relationship between the two solutions could be made more explicit. Use pronouns with clear references and connect explanations directly to the point they support.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
The response uses enough vocabulary to discuss causes, health effects, and solutions, including “workload,” “capacity,” “productivity,” and “healthy lifestyle.” It also attempts more specific expressions such as “eye-strain” and “back-pain.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “health issues are become,” “a numerous individual,” “responsibility of family,” and “feel refresh” do not express the intended meanings naturally. Spelling errors such as “solutuion,” “responsibilty,” “famalies,” and “benificial” are also noticeable. Build a reliable set of topic collocations and check word forms and spelling; this will make the ideas clearer without requiring more elaborate vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
There is an attempt to use both simple and complex sentences, including clauses with “because,” “which,” and “although.” The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction are persistent enough to affect accuracy. Examples include “health issues are become,” “why working people not get,” “a person get tired,” and “exercise can leads.” The final sentence also begins “Although” but does not complete a contrasting clause, so its structure is faulty. Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and complete complex sentences before adding extra clauses. Careful editing for verb forms and sentence boundaries would improve control while preserving the range you are attempting.
