Student answer (Band 5.5)
The idea has been sparked that many working folks are not paying attention to exercises in their busy or leisure times and are coming in trap of many health problems. There are many reasons behind this trend such as hectic work schedules, taking care of children and families and lack of proper balance and mindset which can lead to some serious health issues.
First, nowadays, working individuals are doing double jobs to pay expenses. They are following very busy schedules and easily get tired by the end of the day. As a result, they left with no time and energy to do exercises. Even in their free time, they like to sleep or do nothing. This can lead to many mental health problems like hypertension or aggressive behaviour.
Second, working people who have children and families have to take care of them as well. After work, they spend most of their time in doing household chores and left with no time to pursue exercises. It can lead to gaining weight, insomnia and many other health problems. For example, working people nowadays likes to spend most of their free time in social media and other indoor games. They don't like to do some physical exercises and because of this laziness they are not able to balance their time.
In my perspective, working people needs to change their mindset and needs to find a good work life balance. They need to understand that good health should be the main priority. In addition, they need to participate in exercise and yoga programs as it is very important for relieving stress and relaxation for the body. These activities can help them to avoid different health problems and to stay happy and healthy.
In conclusion, people are educated enough and need to understand the importance of doing exercises and physical activities in their life as it gives them relaxation and stress free mind.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions: the first three body paragraphs identify busy schedules and family responsibilities as barriers, while the later paragraph recommends changing priorities and joining exercise or yoga programmes. These points are relevant, and the examples of household chores and social-media use help illustrate the problem. However, the causes are more fully explained than the solutions, which remain general: “find a good work life balance” and “participate in exercise and yoga programs” do not explain how employers, communities, or individuals could make these changes practical. Some claims, such as exercise-related “hypertension or aggressive behaviour,” are also not clearly explained. Develop the proposed actions with specific measures and explain how they would address the barriers you identify.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for causes and solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “First,” “Second,” and “In addition” make the main stages easy to follow. The central progression is understandable, although the second cause paragraph shifts from family duties to social-media habits without clearly connecting them, and the conclusion largely repeats the point about health and relaxation rather than drawing the discussion together. Some linking is mechanical, with repeated “This can lead to” constructions. Improve cohesion by making the relationship between each example and its main point explicit, and use referencing or varied transitions so ideas connect smoothly rather than relying mainly on signposting.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a relevant range of vocabulary, including “hectic work schedules,” “household chores,” “work life balance,” and “physical activities,” which allows you to discuss causes and possible responses. There are also attempts at less common expressions, but several are inaccurate or unnatural and reduce precision: “the idea has been sparked,” “coming in trap,” and “pursue exercises.” Some wording is repetitive, particularly “health problems” and “free time,” and “exercises” is not the natural general noun in this context. Aim for accurate collocations and more precise phrasing, such as describing people as “caught in a cycle” or saying they “make time for exercise.” This would broaden the usable range without sacrificing clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple and complex sentence forms, including cause-and-effect clauses such as “As a result, they left with no time and energy” and a sentence beginning “After work.” The overall meaning is generally clear, but errors in agreement, verb forms, and sentence construction recur. For example, “they left with no time” should be “they are left with no time,” while “working people nowadays likes” and “working people needs” require plural verb forms. The phrase “have to take care of them as well” is grammatically understandable, but the following “and left with no time” needs a complete, parallel structure. Check subject–verb agreement and ensure each clause has a correctly formed verb; then vary sentence patterns while maintaining accuracy.
