Student answer (Band 6.0)
The number of workers are doing less or no physical activities either on work day or in their leisure time due to this they have to face some health issues. This eassy will discuss the reason behind this situation and how this trouble can be solved in upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, there are some reasons why people, who are doing jobs do not tdo any physical activities. First and foremost is that they have less energy because of their work stress. To explain it more, in thesedays individuals have to spend hours either in front of screens or doing some physical work, which take all of their power. As a results, they do not have enough strength to do any exercise. Moreover, in their free time they want to spend with their family or friends. Because mostly individuals spend weekdays on work and on weekends they not only want to go out but also want to spend quality time with their near ones therefore they do not have time to go to gym and for doing any workouts.
However, there are some solutions to solve this problem. Firstly, they should have proper healthy meal in their diet and also they should have breaks during work. To justify it more, if they will eat food full of energy and take breaks then they will not only have power but also they will feel active, which help them to do work for long. Thus, they can do exercise after or before their work. Furthermore, they can join gym or any physical activities sessions either with their family or friends. So this will help them to stay healthy along with this they can spend their time with loved ones.
In conculsion, although due to low energy and because of spending holidays with near ones they can not do any workouts but by taking better food and breaks they can keep up their energy level up and joining gym and any other physical course together with family or friends they can stay fit and away from health issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions: you identify work-related tiredness and wanting to spend free time with family or friends as reasons, then suggest healthier meals, breaks, and exercising with others. These ideas are relevant and your overall response is clear. However, some points are not fully explained. For example, the link between eating well or taking breaks and having enough energy to exercise is asserted rather than developed, and the suggestion to join a gym is not explained in terms of how it overcomes the barriers you identified. The discussion of work stress and screen-based work could also be supported with a specific example. Develop each main point with a clearer explanation or illustration to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, one on solutions, and a conclusion. The progression from reasons to remedies is easy to follow, and signposts such as “Moreover,” “However,” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and also shows some flexibility in linking ideas. At times, though, transitions feel mechanical, and some sentences carry several ideas without clear separation. For instance, the sentence beginning “Because mostly individuals spend weekdays…” combines work schedules, social plans, and lack of exercise in a long chain. Use clearer sentence boundaries and make references such as “this” or “they” more precise so the links between ideas are smoother.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “work stress,” “physical activities,” “quality time,” and “health issues.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations sound unnatural, which sometimes makes the reader pause. Examples include “do any physical activities,” “all of their power,” “healthy meal in their diet,” and “physical activities sessions.” There are also spelling errors such as “eassy,” “thesedays,” and “conculsion.” Aim for more precise, natural expressions and check spelling carefully. For example, use established phrases for exercise and energy, and choose vocabulary that clearly distinguishes between physical work, screen-based work, and leisure activity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, using clauses with “because,” “which,” and “although,” and the overall meaning is generally understandable. Some grammatical errors remain, particularly with subject–verb agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction. For example, “The number of workers are” should use a singular verb, while “which take all of their power” needs agreement with its subject. The conditional construction “if they will eat food… and take breaks” is also not formed accurately, and “they not only want to go out but also want to spend” needs a clearer grammatical structure in context. Review agreement and conditional patterns, and divide long sentences where needed. More accurate control of these structures would make your ideas easier to read.
