Student answer (Band 5.5)

There are so many people get very less or no time for excercise in their working day or in lesiure time, which cause various health diseases. I will explain causes and sollutions in the upcoming paragraphs.

There are two reasons why people not do excercise on working day or free day. the first reason is that people are more lazy, as it is hard to do exercise and people want to do relax more instead of exercise. Moreover, people feel to tired from work, which makes them lazy to perform any excercise, hence they get health diseases like obesity, and survicle. The second reason is less facility of grounds or parks, because most of cities have very less grounds and people have to travel more to reach at ground, which stops them to go to grounds or parks to do excercise and people confronts so many health problems.

There are some sollutions to get rid of health problems. Firstly, people should be aware about importance of doing exercises, as so many people do not have much knowledge of importance of doing exercise. people should make a comunity and guide people about how it is important to do exercise, so people keep themselves away from health diseases like obesity, heart problems, and survicle.Secondly, Goverenment should make more playgrounds. If there are more playgrounds in city and close to people houses so they can go and do some exercise which asiists them to save their travel time and do workout as well.

In conclusion, although there are some reasons of less exercise, it has solut

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both questions by giving reasons—fatigue, preference for relaxation, and limited access to parks—and proposing awareness campaigns and more playgrounds. These ideas are relevant, and the examples of obesity and heart problems help show possible consequences. However, the explanation is only partly developed: for instance, the claim that people are “more lazy” is broad and would be stronger if you explained how work schedules or habits reduce opportunities to exercise. The solutions also need clearer detail about who would organise community guidance and how workplaces could help. The conclusion is unfinished (“it has solut…”), so your final position is not clearly summarised. Develop each main point and complete the conclusion to address the task more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for causes and solutions, and an attempted conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “The first reason,” “Moreover,” and “Firstly” help readers follow the main points. However, the progression is sometimes mechanical, with repeated “people” and “exercise,” and some links between ideas are unclear. For example, the sentence about tiredness, laziness, and health diseases combines several points without showing their relationship precisely. The final paragraph stops mid-sentence, which disrupts the overall organisation. Use clearer links to show cause and effect, vary references to people and exercise, and ensure the conclusion completes the response.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “health problems,” “obesity,” “playgrounds,” and “travel time.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear or natural. Examples include “excercise,” “sollutions,” “lesiure,” and “survicle”; the intended meaning of the last item is difficult to identify. Phrases such as “do relax more” and “less facility of grounds” are also unnatural. Build accuracy with common collocations before trying more ambitious vocabulary: for example, use “get enough exercise,” “feel tired after work,” and “limited access to parks.” Proofread spelling carefully, especially for repeated key terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentences using clauses and connectors, as in “people feel to tired from work, which makes them lazy to perform any excercise.” This shows an effort to explain relationships, but many sentences contain errors in basic sentence structure, agreement, articles, or verb forms. For example, “There are so many people get” needs a relative clause or a different construction, and “why people not do” is missing an auxiliary. In “people confronts,” the verb does not agree with its plural subject. Sentence boundaries and capitalisation are also inconsistent, particularly where “people” begins a new sentence after a full stop. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check each subject–verb pairing.
