Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both questions: the first body paragraph gives workload and family responsibilities as reasons, while the second proposes scheduling exercise, walking or cycling, and using apps. These are relevant responses, and the examples of a ten-hour shift and family duties help illustrate the causes. However, the explanation of social-media use is brief, and the solutions are mostly listed rather than explained—for example, it is not clear how employers or communities could help people with demanding schedules. The introduction also refers to health and obesity without developing these effects. To strengthen the response, explain the most important causes and show more clearly how each proposed measure would make regular exercise practical.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for causes and solutions, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “For example,” “In addition,” and “To solve this” help readers follow the main stages, and the central focus remains understandable. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent organisation and shows some of the clearer progression associated with a stronger performance. However, connections are sometimes mechanical, and the first sentence of the causes paragraph (“One of the major problem caused by busy life style and workload”) is incomplete, so the relationship between the introduction and the paragraph is unclear. Some ideas also run together in long sentences. Use complete topic sentences and connect each example directly to the point it supports.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “workload,” “burden of responsibilities,” “physical movement,” and “daily exercise goal.” There are also attempts to use less common expressions, such as “luxary life,” although inaccurate spelling and phrasing reduce their effectiveness. The range is limited in places, with repeated use of “busy life style,” “exercise,” and general terms such as “activities.” Several noticeable spelling and word-choice errors—“resposibility,” “westing,” “raising concern,” and “health guide apps”—may make the reader pause or infer your intended meaning. Build a more accurate range of collocations for causes and solutions, and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast clause beginning “although” and cause-and-effect links using “as a result.” However, control is inconsistent, and several sentences contain errors that can make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “One of the major problem caused by busy life style and workload” lacks a complete verb, while “everyone want” and “a person have” show subject–verb agreement problems. Articles and sentence construction also need attention in “In this modern world, majority of individuals” and “as much as possible convenient for you.” Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, then check agreement, articles, and punctuation. More accurate control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to understand.
