Many working people gets tired working all day such that they donot have strength for workout and spare some time for their health neither on weekends nor on wekdays. Lack of physical activites makes a person lazy and creates many health issues.

The main reason is that people prefer to take rest or sleep after working hours as they get exhausted throughout the day. There routine is stuck in eat sleep work repeat manner. Having this routine can cause multiple health issues.

The another reason could be late sittings culture in corporate environment. Working till late nights most of the people donot get time to do some workout, Even they get time on weekends but they prefer to take some rest rather than doing some exercise.

Diabetes have become common nowdays that is mainly due to stress not working out.

Those people who are stuck in routine of eat work sleep routine tends have health issues nore than the people whi have work life balance

A healthy work life balance is very much needed to spend a healthy and happy life.hi

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You identify relevant reasons, especially exhaustion after work and late corporate working hours, and you briefly mention that people choose rest even when they have weekend time. However, the task asks both why workers exercise too little and what can be done. Your response develops reasons but gives virtually no practical solutions; the final comments about work–life balance do not explain how employers, workers, or governments could improve the situation. The health effects are also asserted rather than supported, and the diabetes claim is not explained. The response is 69 words below the required minimum, which limits the space available to address both parts and develop examples. Add specific measures, such as workplace activity breaks or flexible schedules, and explain how they would help.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is some basic organisation: the opening introduces the issue, and the next paragraphs present exhaustion and late working hours as separate reasons. This gives the reader a general sense of the response’s direction. However, progression is incomplete because the essay does not move on to a developed solutions section, and the final paragraph repeats the idea of a poor routine without clearly connecting it to the preceding points. Linking is also limited and sometimes awkward, as in “The another reason” and “Even they get time on weekends.” Use a clear paragraph plan—causes, solutions, and a brief conclusion—and connect each point with accurate transitions and references so the relationships between ideas are easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

Your vocabulary is sufficient to communicate the central topic, with relevant expressions such as “working hours,” “corporate environment,” “health issues,” and “work life balance.” However, the range is limited and several phrases are repetitive or imprecise, including repeated references to “workout,” “rest,” and “routine.” Some word choices and collocations make the meaning less natural: “late sittings culture” and “stuck in eat sleep work repeat manner” are difficult to interpret smoothly. Spelling errors such as “wekdays,” “activites,” and “nowdays” are noticeable. Build a more precise range for causes and solutions, and check spelling and collocations; for example, describe “long working hours” and “a sedentary routine” rather than relying on informal or unclear phrases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentence forms, including “Many working people gets tired working all day such that…” and “Even they get time on weekends but…,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and sentence construction occur in “people gets tired,” “Diabetes have become,” and “people whi have work life balance.” Articles and possessives are also problematic, as in “The another reason” and “There routine.” Punctuation and sentence boundaries need attention: the capital letter after the comma in “workout, Even” is incorrect, while the final ideas run together. These errors sometimes make the reader pause, although the main meaning is generally recoverable. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add complex clauses with correct agreement, articles, and punctuation.
