Student answer (Band 5.5)
Although, number of individuals are not having their workout routine on working days or in their leisure time, its becoming a big concern of health issues. Its very neccesary to do a exercise everyday or in free time but people neglect to do because of their busy schedule or lazziness. Most of employees are working from 9 AM to 5 PM, after coming back to home they have to ready their food and doing their laundary and many other activities for example buying grocesries, cleaning home etc, in the end they do not got any time to do the exercise or if they have time they waste on watching TV or Phone and playing games on internet. On the other hand, people have numerous solution for this problem if they apply on them. They can make a atleast one month time table in which they can include their daily activities with exercise, this idea help them to manage their time or we can influence them to do workout by giving the benefits of exercise. In 1989 people do not know the meaning of exercise then some organisation started influincing the individuals by providing the benefitis of exercise, in a result almost 60 percent of people started doing the exercises. In modern era, number of person watching time are more than 12 hours a day, if we give workout information through phone it will be easy way to connect people with them and it automatically decrease the watching time and inspire people to work on their body.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the question: it identifies busy schedules and leisure-time distractions as reasons for insufficient exercise, then suggests planning exercise into a timetable and promoting its benefits. These are relevant ideas, and the examples of household tasks and screen use help explain why workers may lack time or motivation. However, the solutions are less fully developed than the causes. For instance, the claim that an organisation’s campaign led to “almost 60 percent” exercising is not explained or supported, and the suggestion to provide workout information through phones needs clearer detail about how this would change behaviour. Develop each proposal with a practical explanation or a specific, credible example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is a discernible overall sequence: the response first discusses causes and then turns to possible solutions, using “On the other hand” to signal the shift. Within the causes, the list of after-work responsibilities also gives the reader a relevant progression. However, the ideas are presented in one continuous block, so the change from causes to solutions is not visually clear. Some links are mechanical or imprecise: “On the other hand” suggests a contrast rather than a move to solutions, while “this idea” and “them” have unclear references. Separate the two main parts into paragraphs, use more accurate transitions such as “To address this,” and make references explicit so the reader can follow how each point connects.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response uses enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate its main points, including “workout routine,” “busy schedule,” “daily activities,” and “benefits of exercise.” It also attempts some less common expressions, such as “influence” and “modern era.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, including “number of individuals,” “ready their food,” “watching time,” and “work on their body.” Spelling errors such as “neccesary,” “laundary,” and “groceries” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for discussing exercise and workplace habits, and check spelling and natural word combinations; for example, use “prepare meals” rather than “ready their food.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts both simple and longer sentence forms, including a sentence that lists after-work responsibilities and a conditional structure beginning “if we give workout information through phone.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction sometimes make the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “people neglect to do,” “they do not got any time,” and “this idea help them”; these need forms such as “people neglect exercise,” “they do not have time,” and “this idea helps them.” The opening also has a faulty construction with “Although” followed by a comma and no contrasting clause. Practise building complete sentences with accurate subject–verb agreement and verb forms, and use punctuation to separate long lists and connected ideas.
