Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to inform and complain to you, that latter/garbage collection system you established in our area is not working properly, and causing my problems me and my neighbours, therefore it needs your attentions immediatly. Due to delay in collecting it, it produce unbearable smell that everyone that passby it can feel. Since you instaled big basket near the taxi stand every person who go there for ride is effected by its smell. Also, the baskets you put there are not enough to handle the rubbish from nearby area. Futhermore, it is becoming reason for many diseases that spreading around the area.My neighbour often complain about this but no ons dare to write you, which is why I am requesting you to take action on urgent basis. I also have some suggestions that could minimize our problems.Firstly, instale these collecting system away fron publis place, and you could put more baskets according the needs of people. Look forward for your positive response. yours sincerely. Javed Iqbal

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0
You address all three requested points: you describe delayed collection and insufficient baskets, explain the smell and possible health effects for residents and people using the taxi stand, and suggest moving the bins and providing more of them. Your purpose is clear from the opening complaint and request for urgent action. The examples make the problem relevant, although the claim that the rubbish is causing diseases is not supported with a specific example, and the proposed relocation could be explained more precisely—for instance, suggesting a suitable alternative location while keeping bins accessible. Overall, the letter covers the task clearly and gives relevant supporting details; more specific development of the consequences and practical solutions would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter follows a sensible sequence: it states the purpose, describes the collection problems and their effects, offers suggestions, and closes with a request for a response. Linking expressions such as “Since,” “Also,” “Furthermore,” and “Firstly” help show how the points relate, and the reader can follow the main message. However, several ideas are crowded into long blocks, and the transition from describing the effects to making the request could be smoother. The suggestions would also benefit from being separated and developed as distinct points. Clearer paragraphing and less formulaic linking would strengthen the progression while preserving the logical organisation already present.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “rubbish collection system,” “unbearable smell,” “taxi stand,” and “take action,” so the main concerns are understandable. There are also attempts at more formal language, such as “requesting you” and “positive response.” However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices are noticeable, including “latter” for “litter,” “instaled,” “effected,” and “publis.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “it produce unbearable smell” and “on urgent basis.” These issues make the wording less precise and occasionally slow the reader. Check spelling carefully and learn common formal collocations for complaints and requests to make your vocabulary more accurate and natural.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a sentence beginning “Since you installed…” and one using “which is why.” This shows some range, but control is uneven, and errors occur in several sentence patterns. For example, “it produce” needs subject–verb agreement, while “everyone that passby it can feel” has an incorrect verb form and an unclear construction. The opening sentence also contains a faulty sequence around “causing my problems me and my neighbours,” and punctuation is missing before “My neighbour.” These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the message. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, sentence boundaries, and simpler clause structures before adding more complex ones.
