The system used for rubbish/garbage collection in your local area is not working properly. This is causing problems for you and your neighbours. Write a letter to the local council. In your letter

• describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly
• explain how this is affecting you and your neighbours
• suggest what should be done about the problem

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with garbage collection system in our area.

I have been living in my society from last few years. However, recently we are facing significant trouble with clearing out household trash. Majorly, garbage collection team is irregular. They are not showing up every day to collect the garbage.

In addition to that, public trash cans are also not getting changed. As a result, people living in our community are facing hard time keeping our streets clean. Moreover, stored garbage is attracting flies and mosquitoes which has adverse impact on our health.

I strongly request you, to look into this matter. So we can receive steady assistance from our area cleaning team. It would be helpful for us if we will have new trash cans for community as older once are not in really good condition. I appreciate your all efforts to make our society better.
