The system used for rubbish/garbage collection in your local area is not working properly. This is causing problems for you and your neighbours. Write a letter to the local council. In your letter

• describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly
• explain how this is affecting you and your neighbours
• suggest what should be done about the problem

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Sandeep kaur. I am a member of this area . I am writing a letter regarding the system used for rubbish collection in this area not working properly.

I would like to keen your attention in this matter that garbage collection truck comes once in a month. Garbage bin are too small which full after few days that is by people throw the garbage outside the bin which create a huge mess.

This problem affects the people by many reasons like the bin situated in the main entrance of this area. Which is the big hurdle for commuting. as well as children faces obstacles when they play in the ground that is nearby it. This can become a reason of many harmful deceases.

I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible by providing big garbage bins and reschdaule the timing of garbage collection trucks.
