The system used for rubbish/garbage collection in your local area is not working properly. This is causing problems for you and your neighbours. Write a letter to the local council. In your letter

• describe how the rubbish collection system is not working properly
• explain how this is affecting you and your neighbours
• suggest what should be done about the problem

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter on behalf of my society, which is the Green Village Society.

In my letter I want to grab your attention on the matter of garbage collectors. We have been noticing for several days that they are not doing their job properly. Whenever they come to pick up the garbage, they leave a mess behind it.

This situation is out of control now because our society looks like a dumping area rather than a clean residential area. Not only this, it's also affecting the health and safety of our children and other people living over there. They often miss collecting the rubbish bin to take it out; because of this, it's impacting our daily life.

I am expecting some strict actions from you. There must be a deep investigation about it to resolve this issue. Please appoint a new team for our society so they can do their job efficiently.
