Student answer (Band 5.5)

The technology has seriously evovled the life of an individual by inovating Many advanced

electronic items such as Washing Machine, vaccum cleaner and Refrigernator. I believe it has become a reasonof laziness in individuals.

From, year 1920 to 2019. The amount of House work been done in aweek has decreased from 50 hours in 1920 to just 10 hours in 2019. The Reason of this prominent decrease in housework is because Science has introduced Electronic Items Such as Wahing machine, vacuum cleaner and Refrigernator. The Refrigernator is proved to be an interesting addtion of an electronic Iteam into lives of Human. As in Summers people could not imagine to live without a refrigernator becuase Heat Nowadays Caused by Alot of Factors such as Air-conditioners, Vehciles and Deforestation, They Fascinating Rise of a refrigernator has risen from 0 percent in a year 1920 and 100% Percent in 2019,

another item called Vacuum cleaner has become an essetional itea in a daily life of an individual to clean their house without much Efforts, and it is a main factor of decreaded housework hours because in ancient time, to clean homes people used Broom made my soft grass and it was a great thing in ancient times to inccrease physical fitness For individuals.

Moreover, One More addition is Item Called Wasing Machine, which people use to wash their clothes, because in ancient times in my village specially people use to go near the river to wash clothes and the natural item they use to work with was a stick or just hit their clothes to a big stone to remove the dirt. But, in this adnced world Washing machine has made it very straightforward you just have to put clothes and detergent into a washing machine and the rest work washing machines will to, One shocking upgradtion technology has added into a washing machine is by intoruducig a feature in which washing machine can also dry your clothes and even Press them Which is just unbeliebable.

In Conclusion, I would mention that i agree technology has made a individual's life easy by introducing such Impressive Electronic items, but there are also a negatie impact that technology have in a life f human whicc is decreased physcial activity people just don't work hard in any work because they rely on Technology and That's why hoamn's immune system is getting weaker everday

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the broad trends that housework declined and appliance ownership increased, and you include several relevant figures, such as housework falling from 50 to about 10 hours and refrigerators reaching 100%. However, the response only partially fulfils the chart-summary task because it does not give a clear, concise overview of the main patterns across all four series. Some data are inaccurate: refrigerator ownership was about 2%, not 0%, in 1920, and housework was 11 hours in 2019. The washing-machine and vacuum-cleaner trends are not systematically compared, including the washing-machine dip around 1980 and the later saturation of refrigerator and vacuum ownership. Much of the response instead gives personal opinions and unsupported explanations about health, village practices, and appliance features, which are not shown in the charts. Focus on reporting the visual evidence rather than adding speculation.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is some organisation: the response begins with an introduction, moves to housework and individual appliances, and ends with a conclusion. This gives the reader a basic sense of structure. However, progression is weakened by long, crowded paragraphs and frequent shifts away from chart information into personal examples and opinions. Connectors such as “Moreover” and “In Conclusion” are used, but they do not consistently clarify the relationship between ideas; several sentences run on, making the sequence difficult to follow. For example, the refrigerator discussion moves from its chart trend to summer heat and then to unrelated causes of heat. Group the information into a brief overview and focused comparisons, and use clear references to the years and series so each paragraph develops one chart-based point.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt a range of vocabulary, including “prominent decrease,” “essential,” and “introduced,” and you use relevant appliance names. However, word choice and spelling errors are frequent and sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow: examples include “evovled,” “Refrigernator,” “essetional,” and “decreaded.” Several expressions are also unnatural or unsuitable for an academic chart report, such as “a reason of laziness,” “interesting addition,” and “one shocking upgradtion.” Repetition of “item,” “individual,” and “technology” further limits precision. Build a smaller, accurate set of task-appropriate terms—such as “ownership,” “proportion,” “rose,” “remained stable,” and “declined”—and check spelling and collocations carefully. Avoid elaborate claims when a precise description of the data would be clearer.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts longer sentences and some subordinate clauses, but the range is limited in effective control, and errors occur frequently. Examples include “The amount of House work been done” (missing auxiliary), “The Reason … is because” (faulty construction), and “technology have” (subject–verb disagreement). Articles, verb forms, and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “From, year 1920 to 2019” and the extended sentence beginning “Moreover, One More addition…”. These problems sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to interpret. Practise accurate simple comparisons first, for example, “Housework fell from 50 hours per week in 1920 to 11 in 2019,” then add controlled complex sentences using “while” or “whereas.” Use consistent capitalization and full stops to prevent run-on sentences.
