The charts below show the changes in ownership of electrical appliances and amount of time spent doing housework in households in one country between 1920 and 2019.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Percentage of households with electrical appliances (1920-2019)

The given line charts illustrate the percentage of families with three distinct electrical equipment and expenditure of time spent on housework per household per week in a nation from 1920 to 2019.
The proportion of households owning refrigerator increased dramatically from 0 to 100% during this 60-year period reached the peak and maintained unchanged for the rest of the time, overtaking the figure for vacuum cleaner and washing machine at almost 48% in 1938 and at around 60% in 1943 respectively. Similarly, the percentage of families which owned vacuum cleaner showed the same significant trend from 30% to 100% between 1920 and 2000 and remained static in the next 10 years, overtaking that of washing machine at 70% in 1960. What is more, a slight rise can be noticed in the figure for washing machine from 40% to approximately 75% during the whole timescale, with being the lowest level among three electrical appliances.
On the other hand, there was a substantial decrease in time spend on domestic work in a family every week from 50 hours to only 10 hours over a span of 100 years.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the percentage of households with electrical appliances showed an upward trend while the expense of hours of housework experienced a downward trend throughout the whole period of 1920 to 2019 in question, with the figure for refrigerator and vacuum cleaner both being the highest level by 2019.
