The charts below show the changes in ownership of electrical appliances and amount of time spent doing housework in households in one country between 1920 and 2019.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph illustrate the changing number of hours of housework per week and the percentages of households owning three electrical appliances, such as washing machine, refrigerator and cacuum cleaner, in one country between 1920 and 2019.

Overall, the ownership of refrigerator and vacuum clearner has increased significantly over the period. In addition, the number of hours per week in housework is decreased.

To begin with, the ownership of washing machine in 1920 at 40% percent at the end of period is around 75%. In addition, refrigerator has 0% from 1920, but 1960 has 90 percent of ownership and over the period has 100 percent.

Furthermore,vacuum cleaner has 30% in 1920 while 1980 have 80% percent of households. Instead, the figures of hours per week in 1920 have 50 hours from housework, however in the 1960 have decilend hours at 20 hours in the 2019 has around 11 hours of houseworkers.
