Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this era, some people like to watch movies on phones or tablets at thier own place with thier loved ones, but others have different opinion that to be fully enjoyed films needed to be seen in cinema. Both of the opinions are great, but I believe with whom or where a person is more comfortable is more important to watch any film.
Under the first opinion, people like to watch movies on phones or on other devices because there are most of the films which are not operational in cinemas at those likely time, under those circumstances most of the people have to use tablets for watching films. For example watching a movie of grandfathers era can only be done with the help of mobile and internet. Sometime these kind of devices can also help to save time and money.
On the other hand, watching any film in cinema could be a great experience with great ongoing technologies an person can enjoy a movie in realistic way by having live experiences. For example, having a show in 3D or 7D mode can a be worth watching a film in cinema under them same a spectator can feel motions, water affects and a physicaly presence in the moment. These kind of films are definetly are not going to be cheap.
In the both opinions, watching movie in phone or cinema have thier own set of experiences. Some people chose thier options as per comfort, expenses or maybe the geographical locations for example if a cinema is really far which will cost them time and money they like to avoid or if it closer to thier home they like to visit.
I believe both cases are important to watch in life.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both options and give a personal view, so the response is relevant to the task. The first side is supported with reasons such as older films being available online and saving time or money; the cinema side includes the example of 3D or 7D experiences. However, the position is not fully clear or consistent: the opening says comfort is most important, while the conclusion only says both options are important. The ideas are also quite general, and the point about older films being watchable only on a phone is not clearly explained. Develop each view with a more specific reason or example, then state directly which option you favour and why.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, a comparison, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “Under the first opinion” and “On the other hand” help readers follow the discussion. However, progression is not always smooth. The final body paragraph repeats that both options have advantages rather than advancing the argument, and “In the both opinions” makes the relationship between ideas unclear. Some sentences also contain several points joined together, which weakens the flow. Give each paragraph one clear purpose, use pronouns and linking expressions with precise references, and make the conclusion follow directly from the position stated in the introduction.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “devices,” “realistic,” “expenses,” and “geographical locations,” and you attempt some less common expressions such as “physical presence.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning less clear. For example, “films which are not operational in cinemas” does not naturally describe films that are unavailable, and “live experiences” is unclear in this context. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “thier,” “definetly,” and “physicaly.” Build a more precise set of phrases for availability, viewing experiences, and cost, and check spelling carefully before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “because” and “if,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement, articles, and verb forms appear in examples such as “watching movie … have,” “an person,” and “films needed to be seen.” Some longer sentences are difficult to follow because clauses are joined without clear punctuation, particularly the sentence beginning “For example, having a show in 3D or 7D mode.” These problems can make the reader pause to interpret your meaning. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly connected supporting clause, then check subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
