A friend you made while you were studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her.

Write a letter to this friend. In your letter

• tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves
• say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her
• explain how to apply for the job

Dear Ben,

I hope you are doing well. I am excited to inform you that there is a job opening at the company where my brother works.

Although the role is not directly in the design field that you studied, it is somehow related to engineering. The job duties involve the mechanical assembly of machines using hand and power tools, with the help of engineering drawings.

I believe this role is well-suited for you because it will not only significantly enhance your engineering knowledge, but the pay there is also extremely good compared to the market.

You can apply to this job either through Indeed or the company's website. I will arrange for my brother's email address to use as a reference when you apply for the job.
