IELTS Writing Task 1 question
A friend you made while you were studying abroad has written to ask you for help in finding a job in your country. You have heard about a job in a local company that might be suitable for him/her.
Write a letter to this friend. In your letter
- tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves
- say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her
- explain how to apply for the job

Dear Karan,
I hope you and your family are doing well. My apologies for not being in touch for long, but I am making up for it via this letter; at least I hope so.
Recently, I have joined an IT firm which suits well with my skill set i.e. Masters in Computer Science. I still remember, how keenly you were looking for job in Canada. There is a good news, for you, the company which I have joined recently is building a whole new team. I think you are a suitable candidate for a 'Devops Engineer' role in Thales Group.
This job requires Masters in CS requirement and good to have experience in Devops. I know you already have an year of experience in 'Devops' and required qualification for this job role. They are paying more than your expectations that you have shared with me before.
To apply for this job role, you have to share your resume with me over Email. I will refer you for this job role, once I will submit the referral. You will receive an online application form, apply it on the same day otherwise link will be expired.
