Dear Mohan,

I hope this letter finds you well. I'm just writing in response to your last letter in which you asked for my advice about looking job in a local company in my country.

Luckily, yesterday I found a job vacancy in a magazine while I was searching for something related to my job. This ad was posted by one of the IT companies that required an experienced candidate for their Web Developer position. In addition, they mentioned the responsibilities that a hired person should have to follow soft skills like teamwork, leadership and effective communication.

I think this position will be going well as per your qualifications in networking stream as you completed your graduation in IT engineering that might this company looking for. Furthermore, the requirements also meet with your experiences that you had gained during your last job or in time of studies so that you should apply for it.

I'll let you know about the procedure for applying this job. Firstly, be prepared with professional resume then search online its official website where you'll get an application form fill all details there and submit with attached resume.
