Dear Sara,
I hope this letter finds you well. I received your letter last week and I am really very happy that you are expecting for a job opportunity in my country. I have spent many days in searching for a job that corresponds to your education and skills, and now I am enthusiastic to inform you about it. It is about the marketing service. I know you have the fantastic social and customer services skills. This company is very famous and has an excellent portfolio. It is a telecom company and it generates revenue each year more than any other company in the region. In addition, it will suits you because you have already worked in this field. You need not to worry about the accomodaton because you can stay at my home during the probation period. I am sending you the link of the company, please fill in the application form, and attach your resume. With best wishes.
Yours sincerely,
Sobia.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you introduce a marketing job at a telecom company, explain that Sara’s customer-service skills and previous experience make it suitable, and tell her to complete an online form and attach her résumé. The offer to stay at your home during the probation period also makes the letter personally helpful. The job description, however, remains quite general: the reader learns little about the actual duties, and the application instructions do not say where or by when to submit the form. This means the main ideas are relevant and the task is covered, but some parts are less fully developed. Add a few concrete responsibilities and clearer application details to make the information more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The information follows a broadly sensible order, moving from the reason for writing to the job, its suitability, and how to apply. Linking phrases such as “In addition” help signal the relationship between ideas. However, the response is presented as one continuous paragraph, so the different purposes of the letter are not clearly separated. Some connections also feel abrupt: the company’s revenue and portfolio are mentioned without explaining how these details relate to the role, and the application instruction runs directly into the closing. Use short paragraphs for the job, its suitability, and the application process, and connect details more explicitly to improve progression and cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 6.0
You use an adequate range for this letter, including relevant terms such as “marketing,” “customer services skills,” “portfolio,” “probation period,” and “application form.” These choices make the topic clear, and the reader can understand the purpose throughout. There are, however, some inaccurate or unnatural expressions, including “expecting for a job opportunity,” “spent many days in searching,” and “marketing service.” The spelling of “accommodation” is also incorrect, and “resume” would be clearer as “résumé” in this context. Aim for more natural collocations and precise job-related vocabulary; for example, describe the role as a marketing position and specify the tasks it involves.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
The letter includes both simple sentences and attempts at more complex structures, such as “I know you have…” and “because you have already worked in this field.” Most of the message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors affect accuracy. For example, “it will suits you” should be “it will suit you,” and “You need not to worry” should be “You need not worry” or “You don’t need to worry.” The sentence beginning “I am sending you the link” joins two independent instructions with a comma; separate them or use a conjunction. Check verb forms after modal verbs, sentence boundaries, and article use when revising.
