Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 7.0

You address all three points clearly: you identify a quality-control role, outline duties such as checking documents and shipment orders, explain its fit with Patrcik’s manufacturing background, and give an online application route. The letter also maintains an appropriate friendly tone and includes a useful offer of further help. The explanation of suitability is relevant, though it mostly repeats the connection between his education and experience rather than showing how these would help with particular duties. The application instructions could also be more complete—for example, clarify what information to include or how to contact HR. Developing these details would make the response more fully supported while retaining its clear focus.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The information follows a clear, practical sequence: you introduce the vacancy, describe the work, explain why it suits your friend, and then give application advice. Paragraphing helps distinguish the job information from the application steps, and links such as “Therefore” and “To apply for this position” make the progression easy to follow. The closing also fits the purpose of the letter. Some connections are a little mechanical, particularly “As of I know” and “Therefore,” and the first paragraph combines several points in a dense block. Use more natural transitions and separate the job duties from the suitability explanation to make the organisation feel more polished.

Lexical Resource: Band 6.0

You use an adequate range of vocabulary for explaining a vacancy, including “manufacturing industry,” “Quality control specialist,” “responsible,” and “defects.” These choices make the main information understandable, and the tone is generally appropriate for writing to a friend. However, some word choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, such as “manufacturing company in my township,” “verify the documents and shipment order,” and “job hunting.” There are also spelling or form issues in “Patrcik” and “Cv.” Aim for more precise workplace language and check names and standard capitalisation; this would make the letter sound more natural and controlled.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The letter includes both simple statements and longer sentences, including a reason-and-result structure with “your previous work experience was … and you also have gained… Therefore…”. Meaning remains clear overall, but some errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction limit accuracy. For example, “I am writing this letter to letting you know” should use “to let,” “one of the manufacturing company” needs a plural noun after “one of,” and “the main duties … is” has a subject–verb agreement problem. “This job will definitely suits you” also combines the wrong verb forms. Review these patterns and proofread each sentence for agreement and verb form to improve control.
