Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address all three requested points: you describe customer-facing work, explain that it suits Aman’s communication skills, and say that he should complete an online form with qualification and experience details. The personal tone and direct advice are appropriate for a letter to a friend. However, the job itself remains vague: you do not name the company, job title, or any specific duties beyond answering customers’ questions about products. The application guidance is also limited, since you do not explain where to find the form or what to do after submitting it. Develop these details so the reader can picture the opportunity and act on your advice.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: an opening, a description and suitability paragraph, application instructions, and a friendly closing. This makes the main message easy to follow. Linking expressions such as “Therefore” and “I hope” help connect ideas, although the repeated “You have to” makes the application paragraph sound mechanical. Some references are also unclear: “this job” is introduced without identifying a particular role, and “This form” does not specify where the online form can be found. Use a wider range of natural transitions and make references more precise, while keeping the paragraph structure that already supports the letter.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough task-related vocabulary to communicate the basic idea, including “customer service,” “communication skills,” “products,” “qualification,” and “experience.” The tone is friendly and suitable. However, the range is limited and several spelling or word-choice errors are noticeable, such as “radirant,” “availble,” “suitble,” and “serive.” Some phrases are also unnatural, including “decision management skills,” “give information to customer,” and “fill your detail in one form.” These choices sometimes make the message less clear or polished. Build a more accurate set of job-application and customer-service expressions, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You communicate the main points using mostly simple sentences, with some attempts to connect ideas through clauses, as in “I think this job is suitable for you because…” and “Therefore, this job match with your skills.” The meaning is generally understandable, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “job that are available” has an article and agreement problem, “this job match” needs subject–verb agreement, and “You can easy handle” needs an adverb form. Articles and plurals are also missing in phrases such as “deal with customer” and “play crucial role.” Practise these patterns and vary sentence structures more, while retaining the clear, direct style.
