Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address all three points: you identify a tour-guide vacancy, explain that it involves travel and learning about places, and describe sending a résumé and attending an interview. The personal reasons for suitability—your friend’s tourism course and interest in travel—are relevant. The salary, accommodation and shuttle service also make the offer more informative. However, the actual duties of the job are only suggested rather than clearly explained, and the application instructions remain vague: “I will share the details where you send your resume” does not specify how or where to apply. The letter is appropriately friendly, but a fuller description of the work and clearer application steps would make the response more complete and developed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0

The ideas follow a clear sequence: you refer to your friend’s earlier request, introduce the vacancy, explain why it may suit them, and finish with application advice. This gives the letter a logical progression, and linking expressions such as “Therefore” and “Moreover” help connect points. The main improvement is to make paragraphing and transitions more deliberate. The opening and first paragraph run together, while the job description and suitability reasons could be separated for easier reading. Some links, particularly “Therefore,” sound slightly mechanical in this context. Use clear paragraph breaks and more natural transitions, such as “I thought of you immediately” or “As for applying,” to make the organisation feel smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “job opening,” “tour guide,” “resume,” “interview,” and “shuttle service,” so the main message is understandable. There are also attempts to use more specific language about the role and benefits. However, spelling errors such as “carrer,” “kmow,” “Salaray,” and “refrence” are noticeable, and some phrases are imprecise or unnatural, including “put me for the refrence” and “gather knowledge about different places.” These issues limit the accuracy and flexibility of your vocabulary. Check spelling carefully and choose more natural collocations, for example, “list me as a reference” and “learn about different destinations.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “a job opening in my company and they are looking for tour guide” and a reason clause beginning “so that.” The overall meaning remains clear, but some grammatical errors recur. Examples include “Hope you doing well” (missing “are”), “It's being so long” (incorrect tense construction), “I remembered” where “I remember” is more suitable, and “they are looking for tour guide” (missing an article). The opening punctuation also makes the greeting and first sentences run together. Review auxiliary verbs, tense choice, articles, and sentence boundaries; these corrections would improve accuracy while preserving your varied sentence attempts.
