Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the three requested points: you mention an eight-hour helper role, give a brief reason it may suit your friend, and explain that he can apply through a website by entering personal details and completing a form. However, the information is very limited and some details are unclear: “manage the office work and flies” does not explain the duties reliably, while “according to your skills and education” gives no specific evidence of suitability. The application instructions also omit practical details such as the company name, deadline, or documents needed. The response is 34 words below the required minimum, which contributes to the task being only partially addressed. Develop each point with relevant, specific information.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The letter follows a broadly sensible order: you introduce the job, explain why it might suit Ahsan, and then describe how to apply. The paragraph breaks also help separate these stages. However, the response is very brief, so ideas do not progress or connect in much detail. Linking is limited mainly to “in addition,” and the transition from the job description to its suitability is abrupt. Some punctuation, such as “job.I” and “flies.in,” also makes the flow harder to follow. Use clear paragraphs for each task point and add simple links that show how the duties relate to your friend’s experience and why the application steps follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the situation, including “helper,” “office work,” “work environment,” “personal details,” and “company requirements.” This gives the reader a basic understanding of the job and application process. However, the range is limited, and several word choices or spellings make the message unclear or unnatural. “Flies” appears to be an incorrect word for the intended office duties, and “decoram” is not the correct spelling of “decorum.” Phrases such as “find a option” and “a 8 hours job” are also awkward. Choose precise terms for the actual responsibilities and use natural job-related expressions, such as “administrative assistant” or “submit an application,” where accurate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response communicates its basic message using simple sentences and a few attempts to join ideas, for example, “I believe this work is better for you according to your skills and education.” However, the range of sentence structures is limited, and frequent errors affect accuracy. Examples include missing capital letters at the start of sentences (“i”), missing spaces after full stops (“job.I”), and faulty article use in “a option” and “a 8 hours job.” The long application sentence also joins several instructions with commas rather than clearly separating them. Practise accurate articles, sentence boundaries, and punctuation, then vary sentence patterns to explain the job and application steps more clearly.
