Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address the main purpose by identifying a local insurance-company vacancy, linking it to Riya’s accounting background, and mentioning a website and a possible employee reference. However, the task is only minimally fulfilled because key details remain unclear or incomplete. “Job fire” does not explain what the role involves, and the application instructions are vague: you say you are giving website details, but provide no website or specific steps, documents, or deadline. The suitability point is relevant, especially her degree and two years of experience, but “eight percentage” is unclear and the explanation is brief. To strengthen the letter, describe typical duties and give clear, practical application steps, while making the job information precise.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The ideas follow a generally understandable order: you introduce the vacancy, explain why Riya may qualify, and then mention applying and using a reference. This gives the reader a basic progression. However, the response is presented as one dense paragraph, so the different purposes of the letter are not clearly separated. Some links are also awkward or unclear, such as “Why because” and “Here I am giving the website details and how to apply for job and good resume all details are clearly.” Use separate paragraphs for the job, suitability, and application advice. Clear transitions such as “The role involves…,” “Your experience makes you a strong candidate,” and “To apply…” would make the progression easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some vocabulary relevant to employment, including “hiring,” “freshers,” “experience category,” “reference,” and “resume,” so the reader can identify the general topic. However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate or unclear choices make important details difficult to understand. “Job fire” appears to be an incorrect phrase for a recruitment event, while “Thousands of peoples” and “good resume” are imprecise. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “Insurence,” “Bachleor,” and “accountent.” Choose standard employment terms and check spelling carefully. More precise phrases for the role, duties, qualifications, and application process would make the letter clearer and more natural.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response relies mainly on short, simple statements, with limited control of longer sentence structures. Frequent errors affect accuracy and sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “I hope your fine” has an incorrect possessive form, and “you will be suitable to this job” uses an inaccurate grammatical pattern. The sentence beginning “Here is the one of the…” is also difficult to parse, while “you can add his reference and phone number” does not clearly express the intended action. Punctuation and spacing are inconsistent, as in “fine ,” and “Ontario Here.” Practise accurate sentence patterns, articles, verb forms, and punctuation, then combine related ideas into clear sentences.
