Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify a possible job, give a brief reason it may suit your friend, and list documents to submit, so the letter is relevant to the task. However, the response is only 113 words, below the required 150, and this limits how fully you can address the three points. The job description—“5 agents to become commercial agent”—is unclear, and the suitability reason about nearby markets and parks does not explain why your friend’s skills or experience fit the work. The application instructions also omit where or how to send the documents. Add specific duties, connect the role to your friend’s background, and give clear application details.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The letter has a recognisable sequence: an opening, information about the vacancy, a reason it may suit your friend, application documents, and a closing. The short paragraphs help separate these points, and the list makes the documents easy to identify. However, progression is sometimes abrupt: “In fact” does not clearly connect to the job announcement, and “For my opinion” introduces the suitability point awkwardly. The list is not followed by practical instructions about where to submit the documents, so the final advice feels incomplete. Use clearer links such as “The role involves…” and “To apply, send…” and develop each point in a logical paragraph.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “job opportunity,” “commercial agent,” “curriculum vitae,” and “diploma,” and the reader can generally recognise the topic. However, the range is basic and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make meaning difficult to follow. For example, “the concern commercial section” and “They entreprise need 5 agents” do not clearly describe the employer or vacancy; “accomodation” appears to mean nearby facilities, not accommodation. “Financially comfortable” is understandable but not a natural description of the job’s benefit. Choose precise phrases such as “local trading company,” “sales representatives,” and “nearby amenities,” and check spelling and collocations before sending the letter.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt a few connected sentences, including “I think that job is good for you, because…” and “you will be financially comfortable,” but most structures are simple and errors occur frequently. Examples include missing or incorrect articles and prepositions in “in according of your researching of work,” “around of my city,” and “To applied for job opportunity.” Verb forms are also inaccurate: use “To apply” rather than “To applied,” and “the company needs” rather than “They entreprise need.” Capitalisation is inconsistent at sentence beginnings, and punctuation around the document list is awkward. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add a few controlled clauses explaining the job and your reasons.
