Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the main purpose by identifying an audit-services company, explaining that the role involves serving clients, giving a reason it may suit Sam, and outlining an online application, test, and interview. However, the job description is very general: the reader is not told what an employee would actually do. The suitability point—“you also have a international qualification”—is relevant but not clearly connected to the role, and the application instructions lack practical details such as what documents to submit. The response is also one word below the required minimum. Develop these points with specific duties and a clearer explanation of how Sam’s experience matches the job to make the letter more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a clear overall arrangement: you open with a friendly greeting, introduce the opportunity, explain why it may suit Sam, and finish with application steps and a closing. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these stages, and phrases such as “According to your qualification” and “For to apply” signal the topic of each section. However, the progression within the job and suitability paragraphs is limited, and some links are awkward or unclear. For example, “I can help you to find a job if its suit you” does not lead smoothly into the specific vacancy. Use clearer transitions and connect the job’s duties, Sam’s qualifications, and the application process more explicitly.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the basic purpose of the letter, including “audit service provider company,” “qualification,” “recruiter platform,” and “interview.” These choices show an attempt to use language relevant to employment. However, several spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision, such as “requirment,” “acive,” and “advise” where the noun “advice” is needed. Some phrases are also unnatural, including “inside and outside of the country” and “positive response.” Aim for accurate spelling and more natural employment collocations. For instance, describe the company as serving clients “domestically and internationally,” and refer to applying through its “online recruitment portal.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You communicate the main ideas using mostly simple sentences and make some attempts to combine clauses, as in “I believe that this job will be suitable for you because…” However, the range of structures is limited, and errors occur often enough to affect clarity. Examples include “I listen you completed,” “you completed your study in abroad,” “if its suit you,” and “For to apply, you have to go online recruiter platform.” These involve verb forms, sentence construction, articles, and prepositions. Practise building accurate sentences with a subject and verb, and check agreement and article use. For example: “I heard that you completed your studies abroad” and “To apply, visit the company’s online recruitment portal.”
