Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address the three main points: you describe a cashier role, connect it to your friend’s previous experience, and give application steps through a company website. The explanation that the job involves taking payment when customers use services is relevant, and the reference to his experience gives a reason it may suit him. However, some details are unclear or insufficiently explained: “the time of the duty is short only 8 hours” does not clarify the working schedule, and the application instructions do not identify the website or explain what documents are needed. Develop these details and make the job information more precise so the friend can act on your advice confidently.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response follows a broadly sensible order: it introduces the vacancy, describes the work, explains suitability, and then gives application instructions. Paragraph breaks also help distinguish these stages. However, progression within sentences is often difficult to follow, particularly in the long application section, where signing in, creating an account, submitting documents, and waiting for confirmation are joined together without clear punctuation. Some links between ideas are also abrupt, such as moving from the job’s hours and pay directly to the duties. Use shorter, clearly punctuated sentences and linking phrases such as “To apply” and “This role would suit you because” to make the sequence easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “cashier,” “experience,” “documents,” and “company services,” so the reader can identify the general topic. However, the range is basic and several spelling errors or inaccurate word choices make parts of the letter difficult to understand, for example “remebred,” “pervious,” “seracrh,” and “comformation.” Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “I heard to my boss” and “the time of the duty.” Check spelling carefully and learn common job-related collocations, such as “I heard from my boss about a vacancy,” “working hours,” and “receive a confirmation email.” This would make your meaning clearer and more natural.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts to communicate several connected ideas, but sentence structures are mostly simple, and attempts to combine clauses are often inaccurate. Examples include “you was not satisfied,” “you goes to the Came website,” and “you can enrolled,” where the verb forms do not match the subject or structure. Articles and sentence boundaries are also frequently missing, as in “This job is for casher” and the extended application instructions. These errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Practise accurate past and present verb forms, subject–verb agreement, and basic sentence punctuation. Building clear sentences first, then adding a few correctly formed subordinate clauses, will improve control.
