Around the globe, many people believe that maintaining the work place clean and arranged in a neat way is really necessary as it has a lot of advantages while we are working in any field as it helps to run things smoothly. According to my perspective, this thoughtful idea.
To begin with, some people likes to works in a tidy place therefore they try to maintain their place tidy as much as they can. It helps them to focus on their work more as compared to work at an unorganized place. However, it help to reduce the mental stress and it enhances their productivity as well. For instance, there was a survey conducted by peers and it resulted that keeping the workplace well organized help to do their work more concentration as their is less chaos around them.
Moving further, It also helps to do work efficiently as all the stuff is at their right place. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the importance of a tidy environment. However, the position is not fully developed. The introduction is incomplete, stating 'this thoughtful idea' without clearly expressing an opinion. While the body paragraphs provide relevant reasons—such as increased productivity and reduced stress—the development is somewhat repetitive. The examples, such as the 'survey conducted by peers' and the 'survey conducted in Staples', are vague and lack depth. To reach a higher band, you should ensure your position is clearly stated in the introduction and provide more detailed, specific explanations for your arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'To begin with', 'Moving further', and 'To conclude', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'it help to reduce the mental stress', where the antecedent for 'it' is slightly ambiguous. The paragraphing is appropriate, but the overall flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph focuses on a single, well-developed central idea.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to convey your meaning clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'productivity', 'workflow', and 'chaos'. However, the range is somewhat limited, and there are instances of awkward word choice, such as 'arranged in a neat way' instead of 'organized' or 'orderly'. There are also minor errors in collocation, such as 'do their work more concentration' instead of 'concentrate more on their work'. To improve, try to incorporate more sophisticated synonyms and collocations to demonstrate a wider range of vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('some people likes to works', 'it help to reduce'), incorrect verb forms ('keeping the workplace well organized help to do their work'), and missing articles. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are persistent throughout the text. To achieve a higher score, focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and ensuring consistent verb tense usage throughout your paragraphs.
