Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 183 words. This significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you state your position clearly in the introduction, the arguments are underdeveloped. The second paragraph touches on health risks, but the third paragraph is fragmented and incomplete, failing to fully explore the relationship between tidiness and productivity. To improve, you must expand your points with more detailed explanations and examples to ensure the task is fully addressed.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay shows a basic attempt at paragraphing, but the structure is incomplete. The final paragraph is cut off, which disrupts the logical flow of the argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'For instance', but the overall progression is hindered by the lack of a conclusion and the abrupt ending. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and that ideas are linked smoothly throughout the entire response, leading to a coherent conclusion.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is generally functional but limited. There are instances of awkward phrasing, such as 'give room to the habitation of some insects' and 'have good productive from your work place'. These errors occasionally make the meaning slightly unclear. To improve, focus on using more precise collocations and academic vocabulary. Avoid repetitive phrasing and try to incorporate a wider range of topic-specific terms related to organization, efficiency, and hygiene to demonstrate greater control over your word choice.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as 'keeps ones home' (should be 'keep one's home'), 'i untidy' (should be 'is untidy'), and 'expose the inhabitants of the diseases' (should be 'expose the inhabitants to the diseases'). The sentence structures are relatively simple, and the incomplete sentences in the final paragraph demonstrate a lack of control. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement, correct preposition usage, and ensuring that every sentence is complete with a clear subject and verb.
