Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some people argue that home and workplace should be kept in proper organized manners. I will give both the reasons and my opinion on this trend in my upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with reasons why job areas and residences should be in organized and in the correct place. Firstly, it saves time if we keep everything on its belonging places can be find easily without wasting time. In the office it's must because it's not possible to ask others every time working on different shifts Secondly, for the safety like if everything put on anywhere can become hazards which leads to injuries. In addition, things do not keep on its proper place can be break down easily which could be expensive one. For instance, my collouge was very upset in the last week because he did not put his laptop on its proper place accidently water splints on it and the screen stopped functioning and he had to wait for his repair for five day.
in my opinion, I truly agreed with this statement. The reason why i am favoring this habit keeping things on right spots make people habitual specially for young generations will also help them to manage things proprly . They can understand the value of time and money .
In conclusion,I agreed that It is very important to keep the things on their belonging places can save timeand, money and also make a habbit for the safty

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by providing reasons for maintaining an organized environment and stating a clear opinion. However, the essay falls short of the 250-word minimum requirement, which negatively impacts the development of ideas. While the arguments regarding time-saving and safety are relevant, they are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. The conclusion is also quite brief and does not fully synthesize the points made. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your examples and ensure that your arguments are fully developed to meet the length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the phrase 'In addition, things do not keep on its proper place'. There are also issues with sentence-level cohesion, where ideas feel slightly disjointed. Paragraphing is present, but the transition between the body paragraphs and the conclusion is abrupt. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words will help the flow of your writing significantly.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word-choice errors, such as 'proper organized manners', 'belonging places', and 'water splints'. These errors occasionally make the meaning slightly unclear. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and using more precise terminology related to organization and productivity, rather than relying on basic or repetitive vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text. Examples include 'can be find easily', 'it's must', and 'things do not keep on its proper place'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage and capitalization. While the errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and correct verb forms will help improve your accuracy.
