Student answer (Band 6.0)
In this modern era every single individual have their own way to deal with problems. In these fast paced and competitive world few people holds a viewpoint on organization of things at work and home. They thinks personal belongings should remain organized at any given point of time. I totally agree with this viewpoint and will be discussing some reasons to advocate my opinion along with relevant examples.
There are many benefits of keeping things at place where they actually belong. Firstly, there are less probability for one to make mistakes at work. This is to say that, if we keep our desk organized then one can focus on important task rather than wasting their time and energy on finding small things. Secondly, tidying things up no matter at home or company have good impression on our personality. To exemplify, in this judgemental world people usually judge a book by its cover so if we keep our desk and house neat and clean it appeals other people to approach us and make connection.
On the contrary, disorganized work place and home leads to more accidents. Companies which do not follow any 5’s or 8’s safety principles is prone to safety of their workers. For examples, I have seen recent news on tripping hazard form Walmart located in Belleville where customer sue Walmart for not placing pallet where they belong and due to this customer tripped over and had 7 stitches on head.
In conclusion, there are only benefits of tidying things whether at work or home which comes with no harm to anyone so this is important principle which everyone should implement on their routine lives.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
You have clearly stated your position in the introduction and maintained it throughout the essay. The ideas are relevant, covering both the benefits of efficiency at work and the safety implications of a disorganized environment. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the point about 'personality' and 'judgemental world' is a bit superficial and could have been expanded with more depth. The example regarding the Walmart incident is specific and relevant, which helps to support your argument effectively. To reach a higher band, ensure that each supporting point is fully explored with more detailed reasoning rather than moving quickly to the next point.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. You use cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', 'On the contrary', and 'In conclusion' to guide the reader through your argument. However, some of the transitions are slightly mechanical, and there are minor issues with referencing and flow. For example, the phrase 'no matter at home or company' is a bit clunky and disrupts the cohesion. The paragraphing is appropriate, and the progression of ideas is generally easy to follow, though the connection between the introduction and the body paragraphs could be smoother.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'competitive', 'advocate', and 'hazard'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'less probability for one to make mistakes' (should be 'less likelihood') and 'tidying things up... have good impression' (should be 'creates a good impression'). While these errors do not impede communication, they indicate a need for more precise control over word choice. To improve, focus on learning common collocations and ensuring that your vocabulary is used in the correct grammatical context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'every single individual have', 'few people holds', 'They thinks') and article usage. Additionally, some sentences are slightly ungrammatical, such as 'companies which do not follow any 5’s or 8’s safety principles is prone to safety of their workers'. While these errors rarely impede the overall meaning, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on basic subject-verb agreement and proofreading for small errors would significantly improve your accuracy.
