Student answer (Band 6.0)
Cleanliness is a key to live healthy life. Few masses are really passionate to keep their things clean and organized all the time whether they are at home or at work place. I also believe that it is imperative to keep our surrounding immaculate at all the times. I will explain my view in upcoming paragraphs.
To start with, whenever surrounding are tidy, human feel more focused and their mind always stay clam, as a result they work more productively. Moreover, it is easier to find things when the home or offices are organized. For example, every workplace has designated areas to keep the stuff such as filling cabinets for files which makes it efficient to find whenever it needed.
In addition, if every surface at all places will be clean there will be less chances of diseases. Most of the diseases spread only because of the cleaning standards at all the places in the world specially those diseases which get spreader by human touch or harmful bacteria from surfaces touched by affected humans. A very recent example of such kind of disease is Covid. Numerous people got killed and governments were running to maintain cleaning standards in all the countries. Hence, keep the things clean for is vital to live a healthy lifestyle.
To conclude, it is my personal opinion that clean and organized environment is win-win situations for the individual and society. Yet, it is everyone's personal choice to keep the standards by their own choice. Some people work more effectively when everything is messy around.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear opinion on the importance of tidiness at home and work. The ideas are relevant, focusing on productivity and health. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding health and Covid-19 is a bit of a leap, as it does not directly link personal tidiness to the prevention of global pandemics. While the position is consistent throughout, the supporting points could be more deeply explored to reach a higher band. The conclusion introduces a counter-argument about messy people being effective, which is a good touch, but it is presented too late to be fully integrated into the main body of the essay.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is logically organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. Cohesive devices such as 'To start with', 'Moreover', 'In addition', and 'To conclude' are used to guide the reader through the argument. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by mechanical phrasing and some awkward transitions. For example, the sentence 'Most of the diseases spread only because of the cleaning standards' is slightly confusing in its logical connection to the previous sentence. Referencing is generally clear, but the overall progression of ideas feels a bit formulaic rather than naturally flowing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their meaning clearly. There are some attempts at more sophisticated language, such as 'imperative', 'immaculate', and 'designated areas'. However, there are also instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'Few masses' (which is unnatural), 'human feel' (should be 'humans feel'), and 'get spreader' (should be 'spread'). While the range is sufficient to discuss the topic, the lack of precision and occasional errors in word formation prevent a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors that affect the fluency of the text. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('human feel', 'surrounding are tidy'), missing articles ('a healthy life'), and awkward phrasing ('keep the things clean for is vital'). Punctuation is generally functional, but the sentence structure often feels repetitive. The errors do not impede communication, but they are frequent enough to suggest that the writer has not yet mastered complex grammatical forms.
