Student answer (Band 6.0)
There is a believe that tidiness around us indirectly impact on our productivity of work as well as positivity of the mind. I completely agreed with the following statement that one should always keep their home and officespace organized and well-arranged. I am going to explain my agreement below in this essay.
Firstly, cluttered things around us disturb the mind in many ways. To explain, when it comes to time and look for the things, you will waste your time to find that thing which you did not put at the right place earlier, and in result, you will loss focus from the work you were doing at the same time. For example, I used to be disoriented person when I started working in technical firm, and was responsible for handling most of the important documents of the company. One day, it was time go home, and I decided to leave everything as it is on the table. At the next day, my manager asked me for the piece of paper from our recent onboarded client. Due to my habit, I took me 30 mintues to find out. So overall, I started my day with such unproductive way, I was not able to focus on my work for entire day. Thus, keeping everything methologically organized could results in efficient outcomes.
Secondly, categorising things is also necessary because it helps maintain the quality of the product. To illustrate, many college students mostly carry their make up items in their bags. If they do not place it right way, items like foundation, eye liner, compactor easily being in touch and it will results in broken pieces of the products.
In conclusion, practicing hygeine and ordered arragements will be always considered as a positive way of living the life no matter where are you.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by expressing a clear position on the importance of tidiness at home and in the workplace. The ideas are relevant and supported with appropriate explanations and a personal example about misplacing documents. However, the development of ideas in the second body paragraph relies slightly on a minor generalisation about college students and makeup items, which limits deeper elaboration. Overall, a clear position is maintained throughout, fitting the Band 6.5 to 7.0 criteria well.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is generally coherent with a logical overarching progression, moving from an introduction to two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate distinct ideas. However, cohesion at the sentence level is occasionally mechanical or faulty, seen in phrases like 'To explain, when it comes to time and look for the things' and 'So overall, I started my day with such unproductive way'. Referencing and linking devices are present, but their usage lacks the flexibility and fluency required for higher bands.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The writer demonstrates an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common items such as 'methologically' (methodologically), 'productivity', and 'disoriented'. However, there are noticeable word-choice and collocation errors, such as 'There is a believe' instead of 'belief', 'officespace', 'time go home', and 'practicing hygeine'. Spelling errors like 'hygeine' and 'arragements' also occur, though they do not impede overall communication. The lexical control sits firmly within the Band 6 level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The student uses a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional and relative clauses ('when it comes to time...', 'which you did not put...'). There are, however, several grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('tidiness... indirectly impact'), missing prepositions ('took me 30 mintues'), and awkward phrasing ('it will results in broken pieces'). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the message, they occur frequently enough to prevent the grammar score from reaching a Band 7.
